    The caller, Melissa, states she is calling on behalf of Delmarva Power. This is a scam. She does not work for Delmarva Electric Company. You should only call the billing department number that is on your official Delmarva billing statement.

    Call every day around same time between 4 and 4:30 p.m. Call comes from 302-424-5750. Message she left states to call back on 302-929-3980. Says they work with Delmarva Power. Not true. Asks for account number, name, phone number, and other personal information. Do not give them anything. When I said they could mail request to address of record, which they should have if they're affiliated with Delmarva Power, they hung up on me.
