Company called after about 10 days in a row, I finally answer.  He is totally rude!!  
Asks who he is talking to!!!!  
It got worse, way worse!! Said he was calling back for sure!!

Yes, same and been going for a while.  I am now convinced this is a 'cell' phone company ripe off to increase their revenue daily, BUT they also offer call blocking for a fee, can you believe it?  So to stop paying you got to pay.  When you think about it, imagine 200 millions users (we are 6 billions on earth...), of these lets say 1 million have to pay for that call on their phone bill (reasonable .5% that would be fair) have to pay a $0.35/min for this call, this represent a daily earning for cell phone company of $350 000.  Why I think that?  Phone untraceable and who got he control.  Got it?

been getting calls from this number for over two weeks now. Talked to a guy once and said no thanks not interested keeps calling anyways.  going to report to bell and or police and put tracer on my line to find the s o b...hope that stops them

funny thing about this 13031111111 number the guy knew my name and i am in Canada. what is wrong with call their call back number? if i can not get any satisfaction with bell or the police then i will call them and leave so many messages they are going to be sorry they ever found my number

Its so annoying everyday(2x) I received this messages of different voices each day calling or looking  for me. i'm here in canada and they are in colorado. I don't have any business to them. they don't stop. my hubby told me  to answer it to get over it but I don't want too coz i experience in the passed that either the number is not working, telemarketing, fraud, which is nasty person in the other line. like last time i answered  another number  and i heard a male breathing in the other side. its so crippy. I'm so pissed already. coz i'm busy. I will check this phone buster. thanks. maybe they could help me.

The number showed up on my call display didn't leaxe message

I was getting calls from 13031111111 and they knew my name and I don't know who the hell these people are. I am in Canada and I have told them to stop calling. well last week they called and I answered the phone. The guy started talking and I cut in on him and asked him if he could please do something for me. The man was polite and said sure what can I do. I said would you please take my phone number off you calling list. He said sure no problem. Well peace and quiet for almost a week and the calls started again today. I would like to reach through the telephone receiver and grab the S O B by the throat and choke him so he can not make any more calls. I sure hope that call back number is legit because I just might try using it. What do you say Loon 66 - is that call back number good to use????

I started getting these calls yesterday, and they've called 5 times since then! If you have Verizon, you can block up to 5 phone numbers from calling or text messaging you for free, so I logged into their website and blocked it after reading all your posts. For those of you that have been receiving these calls for years, I highly recommend you just block the number!!

I've received 9 calls in 2 days, haven't picked up the phone as I don't recognize the #. I'm on the DNC list and still getting calls.

I finally took  the call, the 10th in 2 days. It's for Sirota for Denver School Board. Woman said if you don't answer the call, your number goes back into the re-call queue and until the call is completed they keep calling. Once they talk to somebody, they supposedly take your number off the list. We'll see....

I started getting calls from this # 2 days ago.  I have not answered them.  Today this number has called about 5 times in less than 2 hours.  If it is indeed Sirota for Denver School Board, it's backfiring.  No vote to Sirota from me!  Make that 6 times; it's calling as I type this.

I got two calls from this number twice in a row, I believe they are an outsource company that manages reminder calls and appointment calls for various companies, doctors, etc.. They left me a voicemail with an appointment reminder for tomorrow.

I did not answer the call, but the message left from this number was an appointment reminder from my doctor. Sounds like some scammer is spoofing the outgoing number to show this one when they call people.
