You know who called you but looked up the phone number anyway? Why? To complain to someone who clearly posted in 2009 that you don't like 21st century customer service?

The area code is Boulder Colorado. I do not know anyone in that state. With a search I found out this could be in some instances just a reminder call if you have an upcoming medical appointment. I do have one in 4 days
so this may be legit. But why would  a NY office use a Colorado service to confirm an appointment & risk not being answered due to the amount of suspicious calls that is happening today? I didn't recognize the number, so I never answered it.
