caller id lists this number as Luce Research; quick Google search suggests they are collecting info pertaining to voter contacts and polling.

Research company.  Has called 4 times between 830pm - 12am. Call is from Colorado, I live in MA so I guess there's no consideration for time changes... Seriously?!? I have 3 kids sleeping and I'd love to have them stop calling so late!!  I called back to "request the calls to stop". We'll see if that happens!

The company is Luce Research based in Colorado Springs.  Yes I was awoken at 11:42 am (CT) and was furious.  If you google them you will find there website and you can add your number to the Do Not Call list.  Hope it works as I need my sleep lol

Just got a call from 303 261 8996.. I said hello, but nobody responded. Then after 15 seconds, they hung up.. Didn't call back either. Punk [***]. lol

I've received several phone calls/voicemails from this number.  No message is actually left though.

these people are obnoxious and ignorant; obviously they're never heard of the do no call registry.  they call at all times of the day.  I'd like to get their home phone numbers and call them during their dinner hour.

I do not know this number. They called me many hours none stop.

SPAM RESEARCH LUCE RESEARCH. Multiple calls per day despite verbal requests to the agent who called, despite verbal request via calling the number back and leaving voicemail, and despite adding my number to their website do not call list at www.luceresearch.com/. The agent actually hung up on me when I asked what company was calling. Nice work, buddy. Way to put a good face on your spamming telemarketing company.

Just received a call from these folks asking if I had time to do a politcal survey for Louisiana.. I said yes.. 1st Qst..Are you or any members of your family employed by the media.. Ans.. NO.. 2nd Question.. Are you or any member of your family employed by the Oil or Gas Industry, Chemical Industry, etc.. Ans.. YES... "Thank you very much for your time.. click!"  I gues they didn't want my opinion after all!

Dear Luce Research - I sure hope whoever is reading your results - hangs up on you with the same lack of class your researchers have.

These idiots just called me. I simply asked "Do you know what the no call list is?" Reply by idiot, "Yes, but we're not telemarketers." My response, "I don't care, don't call me." CLICK and then  immediately put on my call block list.

They get around the Fed's Do Not Call registry because political stuff isn't covered.

Anyway, they've called 2/3 times a DAY here, morning noon and night, we've never picked up. Added our number to their do-not-call list. Annoying for sure.

If your phone has the block caller capability, that's the way to go!  If you put your number on their "do not call list", who knows what will happen.  Please don't trust them to remove your number.  I've blocked the number on my phone

Just got a call from this number, just noise for the voice message left.   went to luce research and put my number on their do not call.  We'll see what happens.

This company only staffs convicted felons, mainly those who are on parole from prison.  They use intimidation towards their employees and none of them have any education except what they may have gotten while incarcerated.  The company owners will use whatever tactic is necessary to threaten their employees who in turn will do anything to keep their job so they do not go back to prison.  I don't understand why they are allowed to continue this way but this is why the moved to Colorado Springs.

LUCE moving in town that has brought years of crime with it into the neighborhood that I and others have witnessed and been victims of - if the robo-dialer isn’t over extended and actually connects you to a surveyor, here’s some questions you can ask:

-How drunk are you?  Can you remember your name?
-What’s your preferred hard liquor you drink on the job?
-Would the nearest liquor store go out of business if your call center moved away or closed?
-Are you high or tripping out from shooting up?
-Was the sex in the back parking lot or stairway good?
-And did you leave the condom or needles on the ground despite there’s a school or church nearby?
-Are a gang member?  If so how did where you able to climb the stairs to work while wearing your pants around your knees?
-Have you broken into your fellow employee’s car to steal the stereo?  If so, how’s that stereo you stole sound in your car?
-In a 30mph zone and in the parking lot, what’s your preferred speed?  60mph?  90mph?
-Does the car you drive look like it barely survived a demolition derby race?
-The next morning when you discover even more damage to your car, do you remember what or who you hit?
-How hard is it driving with your headlights off at night while you drive to a nearby business to vandalize it or break-in or to meet your drug supplier/distributer?
-At 11pm when you get off work, how many residential city blocks were vibrated by your earthquake frequency car stereo?
-When you leave work, how many energy drink containers, alcohol containers, uneaten food, needles, trash etc did you toss out your window as you drive away?  How many nearby businesses owners spent each part of their day picking up this litter?
-How often have you lost control of your car while under the influence in the call center parking lot and nearby business’s parking lots?  If so, did you tear up some landscaping?  Hit a building?  Hit a fellow worker’s car?  Did you realize part of the problem was because you were driving backwards at 60mph?
-How times have you been in jail?
-Is there a warrant out for your arrest?
-How many nearby businesses where forced to move away?
-Did the remaining businesses put up cameras?  Install fences with barb wire on top?  Now have full time security guard?
-Are you all on a first name basis with the police officer, sheriff deputy, paramedic, ambulance driver that practically live there from all the daily visits?
-If you are not a criminal how many times have you been victimized, bullied, and threatened by your work mates?  Is your manager a criminal?  Does your manger force you to work impossible hours 7 days a week?  Does your manager openly brag out vandalizing, tagging, dealing/distributing drugs, breaking into nearby businesses and cars?  Has your manager or workmates broken into your car while you’re inside working?

Remember it’s the politicians that are looking the other way and keeping these places in business so they can get their survey results….

The police are frustrated, the nearby businesses are frustrated and ex-employees who have been victomized - all tell simular stories of drugs, break-ins, vandalism, drunk/DUI type driving, theft, a lot of litter etc.  The police and bussinesses are frustrated waiting for city coucil to do something about all this crime.....
