    Regular, old fashioned, live, totally illegal telemarketing call.

    I can't imagine why I'd do business with someone whose first act is to ignore my explicit instructions. It's pretty clear I don't want to receive telemarketing calls, but they go ahead and harass me anyway. I wouldn't do business with someone like that, and I sure as hell wouldn't want them in my house.
