Register your number (have to wait for 31 days after registry) and report the number....I also receive fax signals on my voice mail from the same number....Can't take it anymore, at 4am, every single morning!!!

Have been receiving "ghost" fax calls for over two years.  We finally transfered our number to a cell phone so we could turn it off at night. The caller ID just recently showed up as 303-296-2573.  It had always been an unknown.  Any attempt to track back to it was useless on the landline, with the phone company not being helpful.  We had to go to DoNotDisturb on our landline until we got the bright idea of transfering our landline phone to a cell, which could be turned off at night.

Thank goodness for your website and the participants.  I just called the 800 number and got a pleasant response.

westfax sends out bulk faxes

We have been receiving these fax calls into our private home number (not a fax number) for about 1 year, with just a fax tone into our ears... sometimes in the middle of the night...  They come at least 1 a week.  We called and reported it some months back, and they said to try leaving our phone off the hook for 45 minutes to erase it from their data base, but that has not worked. We want to try calling the 800 number and see if this will fix it.

Have received many unidentified fax calls on my business phone over the last few weeks; I finally had a chance to get the number off my caller ID (which does not have a memory).

This fax number has called my cell phone a few times.  Please block it from calling my phone.

Same issue here.  New house 6 months ago. Getting calls from a fax machine at all hours of the day and night.  Phone company no help.  Just found this site today and called to see if they'll remove me.  They were polite about it - but I'm furious they can get a private individual's home number and harass them like this.

the 1800 number the guy typed out worked out well for me.but only after I filed a formal complaint to the do not call registery :)

We have been receiving these calls for over a year.  It has a ringing tone like a fax machine. Very annoying!!!!!!!!!!

Every week about the same time, I get these NUISANCE calls from this number  303-296-2573!   I just added myself to all these people who are getting the same annoying calls from this number, we even enlisted on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST! which means they should be fine for it!!!

This is really ANNOYING!

It's a fax that keeps calling my home. I have a 5 month old that wakes up everytime this stupid number calls. I'm getting VERY irritated

I too recieved these fax calls on my cell- I called the number 800-473-6208 and they said they would stop the calls.  This is the 3rd number to fax my cell.  I really wonder how they are all getting my cell number?  I also reported them to the do not call registry.

I have been getting a call for 2 days from a fax machine to my cell phone. When I call the number it says my call is very important and it will be answered in the order it was received. But never is answered.

We have received calls from Westfax(303-293-6997) for months.

I told the person who answered the phone to take our number out of their
system and reminded her we were on the "do not call list".  She stated
that the list did not include unwanted "faxes".  Please join me and complain by asking the gov to include faxes on the do not call list.
This company is well aware that they are annoying.  They could program their system to stop calls that are obviously not to fax machines if they
so chose.

I called west fax at the customer service number listed on their web page and talked to a nice receptionist. I explained that I was getting fax calls all the time, and she said she could add my phone number to their "block" list. She said if my number was among the numbers provided by one of their clients, the fact that i was on the block list would prevent the fax from being sent to me anymore.

Not sure if it will work, but she said my number would be on the list by the end of today. you may want to call and get your number added to their block list. I hope it works!!!
