I got a call from this number saying there is a legal case against me for felony. They have all my details. I know it is fake. The caller said the name is David

lol, now his name is Mr. Jackson and he even said at the end of the message " thank you and good luck"  well thanks Mr. Jackson and good luck to you too. schmuck

I got this call yesterday and they had all of my personal information down to almost my blood type...ss#, DOB, telephone, address, bank account info, place of employment the whole 9.....I have been advised by my attorney to change anything and everything associated with my name and wait and see if the "paperwork" from the court or that they were going to mail me ever shows up...I have also filed a police report and put a fraud alert with all 3 credit companies. Maybe something will come of it maybe it won't but it's scary to know that they have all my info!!!
