They have called every day this week, always at 8am.....they let it ring 3 times and hang up.

This Boulder/Colorado based tele-marketing company rolls the dice and makes 1000s of calls. They don't leave messages and don't answer their phone. I'm pretty sure they're trying to sell Obamacare.

HI:  How is it that they called me from this number?  When I tried to return this call, they announced that "This number has been disconnected!

So, just how is it that they can call my number and when I try to answer, "this number has been disconnected"?  Amazing, and equally amusing at the same time.  Don't you all think so, and agree?

Foreign & domestic criminals spoof (fake) their caller ID & call you. The number calling you can say anything the caller wishes. As well, many voip services will allow you to make outgoing calls only. Bottom line? Scam.

The problem with today's VOIP technology is that the caller info can say whatever it programmed for. They almost never put a real number into the "switch".
