No msg left.

Did not answer and no message was left.  Caller ID said SSI.  I have received calls with the same ID before but different number.  Past calls were sales recordings about air duct and carpet cleaning from a company I can never make out the name of and have never done business with before.  I can only assume it's the same scammer.

I didn't answer and no message left.  I called the number later and a recording stated that they were opinion surveyors and wanted to ask a few questions...So what good is the DNC list??   It's a joke and a way for the FTC to collect up to $16000+ from a telemarketing company each year to have access to the lists but judging by the calls I receive and complaints I have made, not much is done re enforcement of said telemarketing companies using the lists.  Most likely telemarketers view the cost of buying a list and complying vs the cost of being fined for complaints as a no brainer...don't buy and don't comply. <rant off>

On 4-28-14 at 8:40pm I received a call yet no one on the line so I hung up.

This number calls me every day.  Last night I got three or four calls from them. Always the same thing, no one on the line and clicking sound.  This is remarkably annoying and as someone stated above, what good is the do not call list?  

called to do survey on current politics. Told them I wasn't interested. Am also on DNC. Calls still coming as late as 9:40pm.

Called four times in a row last night after I had gone to bed.

Political survey, probably for the Mark Udall campaign. Certainly doing data collection for that Colorado race. These callers are exempt from DNC lists, so this is one time the lack of law enforcement is not to blame.

Received a "ring through" on our line which meant it hadn't previously called us.  Caller ID said "SSI" which we've seen before..  Answered it - only so I could complete the connection and "Block Now" without having to later add the number in to our blocked call list.  This is the second number - according to my records they have used to reach us - the previous one was from 303-219-7034.  Apparently, since I blocked that number previously, "Jane" had to use a different number - this current one.  News flash Jane....this number will no longer ring through.  And, I have over 1000 additional times I can block you "Jane" before I run out of my call blocking capabilities.  I doubt she has that many different numbers she can "roll" to try to annoy us on a Saturday evening at 8:25 PM.  For crying out loud!

This number called me today, May 3, 2014 at 7:15 PM.  A single beeping noise happened and then the call disconnected.  No message was left.

I got a call from this number at 8:14 PM this evening from a woman who said her name was Jane Lopez.  She said she was doing a survey about the country's health care.  When I looked at my caller ID, it read SSI.  I have no idea what that is.  When I picked up the receiver, there was a beep and then it rang and connected me with that Jane Lopez woman.  These people are a waste of time and I wish they would stop calling.

Phone rang once but enough to get Caller ID info.  Caller: SSI.  I've received calls from SSI on other numbers but usually press the Auto Answer button on my HP multifunction printer to the let fax answer the call. :-)

Unfortunately, the do not call list doesn't work as every time you join youtube, facebook, join an internet forum, sign up for ANYTHING somewhere in the fine print you give them your permission to share your information.  So, if you become a hermit turn your computer off and sign up for or join NOTHING your participation in the DNC list may benefit you.

caller id said 'SSI'. no one answered at first but eventually a woman asked for my husband.  when I said I'd take a message she said no thanks and hung up.  sounded like a political campaign call or a survey.

The Do Not Call is just that - you must have done business with them in the past so-many months or they must stay away.
The shared lists do not count.

A survey company.  If you call, the message tells you to learn more at their web site, at surveysampling.com .  I went there and there is an opt out button, which opens an outlook message with this address: optout@surveysampling.com
I just tried it and only time will tell if the calls stop.  I used my junk mail e-mail address, because I wouldn't be suprised if I start getting tons of extra junk e-mail/spam.

They just called us from 303-330-0000, answered our phone and nobody was there.  Said SSI in the caller ID.

Phone call from this number on my cell phone.  Didn't answer since I don't recognize it.  No message left.  Based on previous posts from others regarding this number, this phone number has just been added to the "Reject List" on my cell phone.  Just like Gail (posted above on May 4, 2014), I will keep on blocking these scammers until my phone has reached its capacity to block numbers.
