Norton virus scam

Some confusing email saying I ordered a video and a phone from them, when I have not ordered anything like that from anyone. They do not even give their company name in the email, which seems Very Odd and quite unprofessional. I called their number and they don't say who they are and it puts you right to voicemail, I left a message, (which i probably should not have) telling them I did not order anything,a nd I perhaps stupidly gave them my number to call me back.  They seem shady and scammy to me Big Time
