Caller ID said "Secure ID" - no message left.

I called it back and it gave me the following:
Option 1 - talk to one of our representatves
Option 2 - have your number removed from their list
Option 3 - leave a message

I selected opion 2 and it says "Thank you, your number has been captured and will be put on our Do Not Call list but it may take up to 48 hours for it to go thru.

We'll see about that....

Have rcvd numerous calls from this number and caller ID says "Secure ID" - no msg left.  Phone numbers that I don't recognize, etc - I do not answer...

This number calls about 4 times a week. Doesn't leave a message.

Annoying calls received three last few days.  No one on line.  Caller ID CO, USA.  Coloradoans don't annoy other Coloradoans.

many times they do not pick when phone is answered
when they do answer low value telemarketing and phishing attack

I got a call from this number today at 12:29 PM.  The caller ID read VOCATI COMM.  When I answered, the woman on the other end, with her thick accent, told me that she was calling to offer me identity protection.  She asked me if I was within a certain age group, which I told her I was not.  I did not disclose any real information to this woman.  I told her that I did not believe what she was telling me, that I thought it was a scam, and I hung up.  She has not called back.

You can also complain to the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) at http://www.fcc.gov/encyclopedia/do-not-call-list -- there is an electronic complaint form, or you can call them or send snail-mail. This has worked for me in the past where other options failed (i.e., they would call back the next day from the same or a different number). From what I recall, there are stiff fines that the FCC can levy, and the FCC can trace these calls back to the owners, which helps stop the annoyers from just rotating through a set of phone numbers to call from.

BTW, I used to get calls like this nearly every day before the do not call list. It isn't perfect, but it has improved things a lot.

Per my VOIP provider call log, this phone number is "VOCATI COMM" (Vocati Communications). However, I don't think that is who is calling, I think that is the VOIP provider of the person who is calling. The area code is Colorado, but Vocati is not based in Colorado.

Received a call on May 13 at 10:30 a.m. Second call on May 14 at Noon. No message left on voicemail. Reported to http://www.fcc.gov/encyclopedia/do-not-call-list and blocked call on Ooma.

Caller id said "Secure ID" and caller said that they had a free 6 month deal to protect my identity.  Since when does an identity security company call me?  I question if it's legitimate.

People, these "Scam Calls" aren't scams at all, but a private Investigator calling your home playing Scam Caller to see if you pick up so he won't waste time watching your house for you since now he knows you are home.
Anybody else on here using Social Services? Workers Comp? in a Lawsuit or Divorce? Maybe treading the Gray Zone of Law?

and they Fake calling from all other states too.

Didn't pick up, no message left.  And somehow I doubt all of us have PIs after us.

303-353-1974 was the number on the caller ID but it may be spoofed. This company as called me twice before with robo calls, both of which I reported. The second one was a follow up to the first one. It was for a get-rich-quick scheme where you can make $10,000 a week. Yeah, right.

Anyway, the call today was a real person following up too get my registration money or something. Unlike most scammers, he was polite and professional and claimed he is not doing anything wrong. It was very nice of him to call and follow up because it allowed me to report this 3rd call to the FTC at 1-888-382-1222.

The Do-Not-Call list really does work, but we all need to report anyone that breaks the law and calls us. The FTC will only take action if they get enough complaints. I can only imagine how overworked they are trying to keep up with the abuse. :-)

This guy BRIAN tells me I responded to an ad of his and leaves a 10 minute message that I can make millions if I just go to his website. call back and it connects to a recording. This is the website he tells me to go to 3033531974.com, however it redirects to: https://briankaplan.leadpages.net/ssm/ .
Now I've got your name you son-of-a-[***]!
Hopefully, the FCC can help me. If not, please feel free to spam this guy.

Got a pre-recorded message about "putting $10,000 (or more) in my pocket over the next 30 days..."  Then hung up.

Just called our business. From the Caller ID - which said SECURE ID - I knew I didn't want to talk to them so I picked up, hung up and BLOCKED.

Just called left no message.  I'm on the DNC list and always check numbers before I answer.  99% they are listed on this site so I add them to scammer call list and ignore when they call back.
