This is a scam selling Identity Theft Protection.  Submit complaint to FCC

Got this call on my cell phone. These are scamsters called "Secrets of the Wealthy" preying on stupid people selling a get-rich-quick scheme. If you get someone live, keep them on the phone as long as you can asking lots of questions and supposedly taking notes. Then use excuses like you need to get your wife because she's very interested. Try for 10 minutes but if you're really good you can probably make it to 30 minutes. At some point just put the phone down on the table and let them wait. If you want, you can come back every 5 minutes to keep them going. Wasting their time is the best way to waste their money. That's how to get them back.

We do the same - ignore call and check if a message was left. I then goggle the number and find info just like this, so the number gets deleted. Agreed that we all should do this, but sometimes they keep calling. When this happens, I know what the call will probably be and I answer to let them know I am on the "do not call list" or to put me on it. Very irritating and time consuming, but that is our world today.
