    This number appeared in a text message from "First City" informing us that our debit card had been cancelled. A call back got the official message that "you have reached a number that is not listed or is no longer in service" Seems like phishing to us.

    This number also appeared as a text message from "Operating Engineers".  It indicated that my debit card PIN needed to be reset.  The message is most definitely a phising attempt.

    Got the same as they also called my text messaged my wife at same time. Not a company i have ever delt with. Repot it to your cell carrier and delete.

    So is that "disconnected number" message part of the ruse to use CallerID to get our phone numbers when we call so they can then... (???)
