Didn't leave message. Looking through here would lead me to believe several organizations have used it for robocalls. Called back with ID off and it was fast busy signal. Quite obviously, whoever is using it at any given time should be blocked.

Received  call  from  this  number  under  name  SSI  today  2/18/2018 at  6:53 PM......
and from another  caller  Number 303-532-4047!!!  with the same SSI  name ??????
today 2/18/18 at 1:28 PM. I  do not  pick unknown calls, no  messages  left!

They called after 9:00 at night. They've called more than once.  What in the heck is SSI?
At first, I thought it was a social security scam.  I won't answer.

Read Big A's post a few above yours for the answer and how to stop future calls. The opt out does work. I did it about 3 years ago and have not had a call from them since.

Anytime and number has a 900 prefix, it's either coming from Georgetown Colorado, a very small town, or it's a Google number.
