Called, no message left from Denver, CO

Caller identified himself as "Kevin Watts" and said it was in regards to a life insurance license. I asked to take a message and he said "oh my god" all exasperated and hung up.

The caller  knew my name and said he was calling in regard to my p &c license, i told him take me off any caller list

This is a robocaller Phishing Scam!  Calls here daily from this number and also an "Unknown Number".  Says: "Hi! This is Joanne. Did I catch you a  good time?" then proceeds to sell you on burial costs benefits through Social Security. I suggest having it blocked!

I picked up and the guy said he was calling from Farmers Insurance. He said they're expanding and wanted to see if I was interested in owning my own branch. I used to be an insurance agent so they must be going around calling agents..

Unknown caller, so never answer.  Checked here, saw scams, so added to call block list.  Don't answer unknown callers, people! These are just "live line confirm" calls that get you added to lists OR are calls from the actual scammers / robocallers.  Wake up, people...

I have gotten probable 20-30 calls from them very very annoying!

They are calling Chicago, too.

How are you able to get this information?

I lived in Colorado last year before moving back to Texas. I found this number in my caller ID. No message.

Same thing on caller ID.  No message, been periodically calling for months. Very annoying.

Just called my unlisted home number, did not leave a message....errrrr!

Phone ringer is turned off to avoid disruptions by these idiots. If known CID, I will answer. If unknown caller, I never answer or call back to avoid being added to scam lists.
