Didn't leave a message, but I know it is a company called Service Magic.

I too just got a call from this 303-963-8514 number. Did not leave me a message. It must be from Service Magic, because I just used their website.

Used their service and it is a follow up call

I received a call from this number and they did not leave a message (typical behavior of scammers). I have blacklisted the number to prevent future calls. Service Magic was acquired by HomeAdvisor and their old number was discarded. Telescammers have got hold of the old Service Magic number and are spoofing it.
