I had a call from this scum bag. Stated the norm, his assistant is leaving, gave no notice, he is a criminal defense lawyer, sounded decent, decent wages, then he went into the "personal" favors thing. What a moron. He is a total creep with no fing life. I have to wonder if this whack job isn't just some fat over 40 year old pig sitting in his mom's basement whacking it when he calls those of us he has...

ugh... got a call from this [***] yesterday- used the name Keith Jennings- said he was a criminal defense attorney in las vegas- same crap... my assistant is moving next week bc her husband is being transferred....i saw your resume on craigslist... when i informed him that i had already accepted another position he then started saying that he would pay for me to get certified as a paralegal ect... and then offered me $10 more an hour than the position i had accepted- started saying stuff like " oh well being from las vegas im sure you're used to doing personal favors..." i said sure ill pick up your dry cleaning...same [***] but went as far as setting up an interview- i ended up driving around for and hour and a half trying to find the address- found a mail man who confirmed that the address didnt exist- tried to call the [***] but he kept forwarding it to voicemail. total weirdo

When i talked to him he didn't mention the whole " oral sex" thing at all... not once... so my guess is that he no longer cares if the person is consenting or not- he just wants to find someone to do whatever his sick mind conjures up to... im really freaked out- the guy was nice...asked for references and seemed to know what he was talking about concerning being a lawyer ect...

he's changing his scam...making it worse than it already was... im just afraid that the next person he tries to scam will end up be the first (prb not)  in a long line a bodies...im calling the fbi this morning

he contacted via email...says he has work for me...found my resume on cl but i didnt list a phone number...called the police..still havent talked to him other than email ....working on catching this guy..any more info you can offer would help

I got a call from this number and a man offered me a job working as a secretary for him. He said he was a lawyer and that he could pay me $100 cash per day to work for him and do more than just answer phones. He wanted to know how long my husband is out of town for and when I told him that I had recieved calls offering jobs requiring services I won't perform, he hung up on me. Do I report this to someone? Can the cops do anything?

Posted before, but wanted to add that his story about the secretary was a little different with me. He told me that she works until 3 and goes home and he wanted a girl to work from 3 to 7:30 in teh evenings. He specifically asked if I could work evenings. He's a creep!

i know exactly whose number this is. The same person has had this number for 5 years, if anyone is looking to do something about it I can give u all his information.

i want his information. he set up an "interview" with me and i was just a few hours awat from going until i looked this up! so please any information is valued!!

Then harass him!!! Everybody start sending him anonymous texts (like txtemnow.com) and calls!!! (like from Skype with no caller ID set) and hit him 24/7!!! Eventually, he'll get the idea and/or change his phone!!!

This guy just contacted my girlfriend with what sounded to be a great opportunity. And then he brought up the whole oral favors bit... I then googled the number and read all of the previous statements. This was a very stupid move on his part.
I will make a few resumes and have a few females friends help out on this and set up a "meet". If you are the man that made this call and you are reading this, fair warning... your next prospect at a helpless woman may actually turn out to be very dangerous people.

He contacted her to come to the downtown Seattle area.

Glad i found this, this guy called my friend today in Aurora, Colorado to set up an interview for tomorrow, said he was from Seattle, he was a defense attorney, responded to her resume on craigslist, i don't get why it's been over a year and he still has the same number???? obviously people are on to him, why hasn't he changed it. he said his name is John Daniels, that his secretary left as her husband found other work, he also told my friend he didn't have a social life and asked if she could do other things for him, she didn't know what he meant by that. He couldn't give her his address yet though, said he didn't remember it and he also was not listed on the Bar site which ALL attorney's must be......it's a good thing she knew to look for him there first because that's what started her suspicion.  If it weren't for me googling his phone number and for this site with info on it, we might be in trouble.  Thanks for all the warning posts.

I received a call from a man, who claimed his name was John Custoza, said he saw my resume on craigslist.org and was looking to hire a replacement for his Secretary. He stated that he was a Criminal Defense Attorney, he took over his uncles firm three years ago. He said that his Secretary's husband decided to take a job offer in Florida and that he needed to fill her position immediatley. He said that this was his first time ever setting up an interview to fill her position. It was quite obvious that he was not professional about setting up interviews. He stated that he worked alone in his office with his Secretary. He then went on to say that he didn't have time for a personal life, that he worked over 65 hours a week and that his Secretary usually took care of his personal needs at the office and referred to oral sex and that her replacement would have to perform those types of duties. I was astounded and in disbelief from what I heard and asked him to repeat it and that my cellphone must've been breaking up. He repeated it again and still I was in disbelief and asked him again to repeat what he said. He then acted as if his phone was breaking up and the phone then was disconnected.
Noticing that his number was from out of my area, I did a search on it and noticed 8 pages of the same sort of activity. I called my local police dept. and was visited by a police officer to file a report. My main concern is that this man is foolish enough to attempt to put me in danger. I am blessed to have a huge family and many ways to defend myself from this creep. I also have friends in the local police dept. that will locate him and put an end to this foolishness. From a previous post, it looks like he even attempted to "abduct" someone. Hopefully, we will soon catch up to this creep and put this to an end.

How did he try to abduct her? Were charges ever filed? I recently received a call from this man and I filed a police report.

Almost the EXACT thing happened to me in January!! wtf? like whaaaat's the point? if he doesn't actually have a job available, why bother contacting people!? lol.. #loser
