304-873-4020

Recieved a call from 304-873-4020 while I was out. I caaled the number back and it was answered, "West Virginia Department of Highways."
A bit strange considering I Live 7 states away.... Hmmmmm spoof number.

I just got a call from 304-873-4020 and I called it back & got a busy signal. Hmmm.. I don't answer phone calls from numbers I don't recognize.

I got this call on a Saturday evening around 7 PM.   We didn't answer it.  Of course, nothing was left on our answering machine.  I tried calling the number back and 3 times it would not go through.  It said my phone call could not go through and to try again later.  I went to the W.V. Dept. of Highways and let them know what's going on.

Well, looks as if this is yet another illegal caller; this one just starting up. Off to make my report to the national Do Not Call list with my usual polite request that they investigate and prosecute.

called to day at 1:34 and left no message, I did not answer and did not call them back 304-873-4020

Called today at 1:52. I called back just to see...got a fast busy signal.

Called me on 3/24/2014 @ 5 pm CST - Didn't answer.

called past two days. my blocked-call list is full!

I answer it , they hung up. I called back it was busy.

this # called 3 times today. answered once. No one there! Has to be a scam.

Whoever this is calls and never leaves a message. If they think I'm gonna pick up the phone when their number appears on my caller ID then they're stupider than I thought.

I'm in GA and received a call from this number.  I didn't answer and no message was left.

Continue to receive the calls.  Do not answer them as they are many states away.  PLEASE stop them.

These calls only happen on Shabbat. I think a rabbi is behind these calls.

Tried to call them from another phone (unlisted) and they just hang up.

Same thing here- I'm in GA, too. Answered and at first there was nothing, then it sounded as though someone picked up and the hung up the phone. That's happening a lot lately from various numbers. What gives?

I have received a phone call from 304-873-4020 for the past 4 or 5 days.  I even recived a call on
Easter Sunday.  I tried call back and it said this number has been changed or disconnected  I wont answer a call from this number.They never leave a message.
