Robocall - Fraudulent demand to have you call a phone number in response to alleged fraud on your part or be punished with legal action. Leaves an alternate number to call (304) 227-0702 with a 'file number' to reference which is likely a pin number or western union account number to give them access to steal. When message is done, it hangs up the call.

I received a suspicious call that left a message from 304-873-8324 stating "This is a notification message intended for (name read by computer) . I have received an order of process in my office for several pending allegations in which you are being investigated for. This department will be verifying your address as well as your current employment today. It is your legal right and responsibility to contact this office prior to being served. You can reach us directly. That phone number is 307-227-0702. Make reference to case number 85326 (number read by computer) , failure to comply will result in a forfeiture of your rights as well as you being named as a repeat offender with your local county.    (this part at the end threatening that by not calling, I would somehow be giving up my rights and be listed as a repeat offender, is obviously meant to scare me into calling. I know without a doubt, I haven't done anything that would elicit this kind of Call. This is a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM and I deleting the message and blocking their call. If you have received a similar call, I suggest you do the same. Also, the fact that my name and the case number is read by computer means that this fraudster can use this same message over and over imputing the computer generated name and number, harassing multiple individuals through rob-calling)

You are correct to IGNORE the call.  Phone calls are NOT official notification of debt (nor are texts, emails, or faxes).  REPORT - www.consumerfinance.gov ..

Scam. Call saying they have received an order of process for pending allegations. I receive the call daily from various numbers, and I block them all. Numbers include: 304-873-8324, 307-227-0702, 773-887-1064, 414-600-1880

Same call. Ignore and block. What a scam. The government must do something about these scams.
