These people call me repeatedly at work - this morning March 27 - 5 times - apart from two that I did answer to tell them not to call me at my place of work.  They say that they are a law firm and that I should promptly get myself an attorney.  These calls came in before but I seeked the advice of an attorney this week end who told me to ignore them but log the number and times that they call.   This last total at work of 7 calls were made between 11:30 and 11:45 a.m.

I received a call about 15 minutes ago from this company. I recognized the individual from previous calls from a 631 and a 707 area code. It's the same fool. I recognized his voice. I asked him who was calling and  he started to tell me he was from a law firm. (I did not let him finish). I told him yes I know that I owe money and so forth. I told him that I was already aware of his scam. He let me rant and rave and finished off with. You'll see what's going to happen to you in 24 to 48 hours. I told him that I had already written a letter to the District Attorney's Office and that I was going to put a stop to his nonsense. He said to go ahead.

I received a similar call 1 hour ago. Gentlemen with Asian Indian accent. They have called and pesterd me for weeks now. Having had enough of this c*** I asked the company name. All I got was "for attorney". He must move a lot because this call was from 305-290-5108, not the previous California number. Anyhow he tells me I will be arrested in the AM for laughing at him when he explained that this involved a criminal matter and I need an attorney. Ha. It is a bit unsettling because ironically I'm thinking of any criminal act I may have been involve in without knowing it. WE HAVE GOT TO PUT THIS FOOL OR FOOLS BEHIND BARS. How is it done? Thanks. Just venting a bit. I'll find out in the AM if the Shelby County sheriffs office beats on my door or even worse, Barney Fife. Thanks.

I got the same call so i keep calling them back telling them they are going to hell for trying to steal people's money. I think its super funny. I also called my local police dep and they told me to tell them my bags are packed and to come and get me lol.

Well another call today will this ever end. I guess that little jerk has nothing better to do and is he that dumb to keep calling the same number after I already told him i called the police and they told me to laugh at him when he calls Get a life dude and leave people alone. You arnt that smart......

This man keeps calling for my son telling him to pay ninethousand dollars and get an attorney. They are from Floriday.  They have used a different number before and will keep logging these people and reporting the different numbers to authorities.

Well i got a call today from these idots as well they have issues they would really wan to stop calling me cause none of them are getting a penny out of me show me the proof that you are claiming that i suppose to owe you

Well, I too haves received several calls from Harry! He called my job about  week ago and I told h'm not to call my job and if he need to give me any info, to mail it. Haven't received any mail, but now he's calling my cell.  What a dummy!

He is calling and saying his name is Ricky and tells me to get a lawyer.. and if I dont call back he says good luck because I dont want to get involved in a big legal mess.

They all have American names but are Indian/ Hindu descent. today the " tag team " of Mark Slater & John Slater threatened me as they have with all of you. Now this time I asked for their firm name , they gave me KNOX AND STONE LEGAL ASSOCIATES , of course there is no listing and yes they have multiple phone nos. and some have said they were AGENT SO & SO.I alwasys ask how theey recieved this name as there are no descents of the above that would be given this name , FRAUD & Misrepresentation. They claim they work for (my case) US CASH 1 which has 600 subsid.They stated they didn't need to send anything in writing (us mail) and they never claim that this is an attempt to collect a debt. ALL ILLEGAL. It is odd as after I receive these calls I get calls from Indian woman that ask if I have have any pay day loans outstanding that I want to get rid of for a fee. i think you should all do what I just did and go to the FBI site and file a real report. Local PD cant do anything but it appears to me that we are all getting the same guys and from all differant locations, or they are purchasing mobile phones from differant states or they could be relocating. My calls come at various times each quarter. But it is illegal for the to harss you at work and if the FBI can locate the source a class action suit, and jail time can be incurred and if they are not citizens, DEPORTATION.
So take the time to contact the FBI . In the mean time ask them to say "Rubber Baby Bumpers" after they give you an American name, it drives them nuts

I have been receiving similar calls very annoying and harassing

I GOT A CALL STATING I WAS IN TROUBLE. THEY SAID THAT IF IT WENT TO COURT IT WOULD BE $6,749.29. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE NUMBER TO THE ORGINAL CREDITOR THEY SAID IT WAS A PAYDAY ADVANCE COMPANY CALL AMERICAN CASH. I NEVER GOT A PAYDAY ADVANCE. THEY SAID I WILL GO TO JAIL ONCE SERVED WITH A SUPEONA. THEN THE SAID I COULD PAY $627.29 AND NOT GO TO COURT AT ALL... VERY SCARY STUFF THEY WANT ME TO GET A GREENDOT MONEY PAK CARD AND CALL THEM WITH THE CODE ON THE BACK THIS MAKES THE TRANSACTION UNTRACEABLE....NOT SUR WHAT TO DO BUT MAYBE I WILL TAKE MY CHANCES IN COURT...

I have been receiving these calls from this number 305-290-5108 for the past 4 hrs!! Finally I made the persona say his name. of course he was foreign and couldn't even pronounce his own "American" name of John DeLauter from Knox & Stone Law Firm Miami Fla. He was calling for my husband. Little did he know I DO work for an Atty and immediately looked up this Firm. There is none. I told him I was aware of his Scam business and I was reporting him to the NC Atty General. I also told him not to ever call this number again. I am planning to report to the FBI and have started a call log. Do NOT give these idiots any $$. They have to serve you with a Civil Summons if anyone intends on attempting to collect a debt. In this case, we have never even had a PDay loan. I told him go ahead and hoped he liked the residents in the Jails of NC.

i got a call from this number a few weeks back. right when i picked up i new it was BS. he tried to scare me by saying i was going to jail and youll see what happens. i work for a call center myself. since that day ive dedicated almost a third of my day everyday just to piss them off. theres only so much aladin at camel & assoc. can take.

This man name James Ashes called me about 5 minutes ago saying that there was a lawsuit against me under my social security number.  He said he's sending his verification team to my job or home. I didn't give him a chance to finish. I told him not to call me anymore and said I know you're nothing but a scam and hung up. He had the nerve to call back, but I didn't answer. He left a voicemail saying:Linda if you think your case is going away, you're wrong. I didn't listen to the rest because I couldn't understand him.

I just got called by this [***] and then I looked up his number and look what I find, a SCAM! The dick said that I need a attorney in 24hr and he would send the cops to my house tomarrow.

I just received a phone call from this number a man saying his name is Jason dean, when i asked what law firm he works for he said Knox Stone legal Associates. I told him I was going to google the firm, he said go ahead. To my surprise I found Nothing besides a scam. I called back he said you have reached the law firm. then he hangs up... This is all BS!

This "company" called me as well. They are a fraud and a scam and are engaged in identity theft, most likely to obtain funding for terrorist activities.
