my friend just recieved a call from the same place and they ARE FRAUDS! we just did all our research and finally filed a complaint with the attorney generals office! when she called back to let them know she filed a complaint they couldn't get off the phone fast enough. BEWARE!!! DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!!!

Got call at my place of employment with same M.O. as listed by others. What can we do?

These people called me 3 times in a row when i asked them their name they said not to worry bout it,and they were a lawfirm and i am being sued for 210.00 and its gunna cost 8,445 dollars for court!i told him [***]  you!he said hes gunna tell them what i did in the past!go the [***] ahead there aint [***] to tell so hes gunna have me arrested by 10 am.Wouldnt give me the creditors name either.I called him back and he acted like the phone was breaking up!what a piece of [***]!!

I received a phone call from them at work, and they threatened me with imprisonment if I did not do what they told me.  I then talked with the next person who also said that I would be imprisoned (but for a different length of time) and then I talked with someone else who said that he was not sure he could help me but that he would talk with the attorney at hand. That only took 3 minutes. I continued to lead them on and got all of their names.  I then filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Florida, and then with the FBI.  When I got home there were several messages on my home phone too but only one where they left a threatening message, which I kept and then I went online and updated the FBI report informing them that I had the recording. They then called me at 5:54, 5:58,5:59; 6:00, 6:01 and 6:04.   and then again at 8;01 and 8:04.   I will continue to keep track of phone calls and any messages that they feel they need to leave.

All these comments of events are almost exactly what has been happening to me for about 3 weeks. A foreigner is always calling saying me or my attorney needs to give him a call about a very sensitive matter, that he's looking at a warrant for my arrest on 3 charges, that $600 will get me out of it but they are suing for $9000. I've also had calls from the same person but different area codes, 530, and 631. They're calling my job which I was confronted about that yesterday. They cite my social security number and state of residence. Who knows what all they have. They need to be rounded up and shipped back over to where they came from along with anyone else who does this kind of crap.

I have been getting calls from some guy calling himself 'officer Tony Aberham' says several times to call him ASAP at this number 13052905108. Now I never knew he was a scamer until today. Here is his other number if anyone gets a call from both 9542392547, 3052905108 as I said he calls him self 'Officer Tony Aberham' claiming that I must pay off my so called payday loans. I have talked to him like 3 moths ago, I may have to change my phone number. But next time he calls I'm gonna ask him to send this in black-and-white ink written documentation of this and mail it to me so I can take it to my local district attorney's office and see for myself.

they are scammers...but they WILL call your employer, family and friends and tell them the same LIES...give your boss a heads up because they called mine...and luckily we have a good relationship...i tremble to think of what could have happened if someone else had gotten the call...God is good!

I recieved a v/m on my cell and a message on my answering machine yesterday morning.  And this is SCAM!! Not only was the rep that I talked to was unprofessional from the start but he demanded that I give him my personal information.  The guy didn't even have my correct employer.  He also didn't have any personal information of mine to provide back to me.  DON'T FALL VICTIM to these people.  SAD!!!

just received a call from them to and did not answer and then i called back it was a regular person and when i said you called my number they hung up very fast

Recieved a call from this number saying they were from the Secret Service, and that they would be sending Secret Service agents out to arrest me, and to make an example in Arizona. I promptly called back and got screamed at when I stated I have never acquired a payday loan. Mr. Alex Carter started screaming at me stating that he was going to go thought with it. The angrier he got, the more his accent became apparent. After researching this man a little more, found out that it was in fact a scam. I contacted the fraud department for the FBI, Secret Service, Arizona Attorney General and so forth. Don't be caught in this companies scheme. Do report, report, report!
