I answered on second ring, they hung up.

I answer with the standard greeting. Long pause, sssssst..."Hello?" I have to answer AGAIN. Caller asks to speak to perennial trade mag subscription renewal target. "He's not available. Have a nice day.", and I hang up. This is so effing OLD!

Unrecognized number. Left no message.  Blocked.

Block this caller.  Receive a call (or two) each day.  No one on the other end of line!

3 mis later I receive a call from an Indian fellow (also in Florida).  He's from JitterBit!

Calls every morning at 8a. No answer and no voice. Just blocked.

Indian accent. Think it's a scam

Been receiving calls on my mobile from this spam number since Feb. 8th. Blocked it.

I receive two calls a day from this number, everyday....one at around 10:00 AM and the other at around 1:00 PM.  Definitely a telemarketer and scam.

Scam, I believe.

Answered after 2 rings. Said hello and they hung up.

Waste my time answering. Magazine crap.

Medical Design Briefs is (or used to be) a free companion publication of NASA Tech Briefs (which is a legitimate and interesting technical magazine). However, I have told the caller from this number TWICE now that I don't want to renew MDB, as it is not pertinent to my field, and I don't have the time to read it. This is the third call in a month. I've stopped picking up. Call type is "magazine subscription," which is not an option in the list.
