- JoeUnfortunately, I have received MULTIPLE phone calls from these fraudulent "collectors" - asking for a different name EACH time, always stating it's the 3rd attempt at contact. I have no credit cards and owe no debt. The messages left are nothing more than attempts to fraudulently steal your identity. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. They are the crooks, not you. In addition to 305-529-0880, they also call from 305-222-7826 and 561-210-4826 and 954-345-4786 and 561-288-1193, and others. Being on the do-not-call list does nothing to protect the innocent - don't share ANY information, and don't call back.

- tulsa| 1 replyThis company is harassing my minor son as they call and leave messages for someone who once had the same cell phone number almost four years ago.I called and spoke to a man who was not so nice and understanding, who told me to deal with it! My cellular phone company cannot block these calls as companies like this have multiple numbers. It is a shame that a minor 14 yr old has to receive call while in school for someone who he is not! This company does not even care that they are harassing a minor who has no connection to the person of interest of whom they are trying to contact!
Even after a cease and assist phone call, this company has been told on more than one occasion even directly by my son that he is not the person of interest.
This junk debt collector is operating with old and outdated information which is way past the statute of limitations and the fair debt collection act!- Caller: Gragory & Anderson
- notgiven replies to tulsaCalling them does nothing because you can't prove it. Send them a 'cease and desist' letter. Tell them they are contacting a minor child at (his phone number) Your family doesn't know the person they are looking for and they are to cease and desist all contact concerning the debt. Mail it certified mail return receipt requested. Put the tracking number in the letter and make a copy for your records. When you get the card back keep it with the copy and log any more calls, date, time, what was said, etc. If the letter is returned because they refused to sign for it, don't open it. Make another copy of the letter you sent, write on it that since they wouldn't sign for your certified letter you have to send it another way and make a copy of that, take the letter you wrote on to the post office and ask for proof of mailing. (Them refusing your letter can really [***] a judge.) Give it 10 days and if they keep calling, get a consumer attorney http://www.naca.net/ and sue them, they will have to pay for your lawyer.

7351 Wiles Road, Suite 106, Pompano Beach, FL 33067 - ZOE replies to pay your billsThis isn't s loophole..it's a LAW!!! My car loan was through Ford Motor Credit...that IS a bank/finance company...and of course it is based on my credit report.. are you out of your mind making that type of ridiculous comment??? That's a rhetorical (look it up)question. Plus they are trying to collect on a debt that was years ago and uncollectable...that is why collectors like you get so upset and try to insult people on these sites. You are only making yourself sound like an idiot. BTW Where did you learn how to spell?!? And consumers have the right to know and share information concerning FDCPA. I will not pay a 10 year old debt.. I don't have to , and I will be just fine. You on the other hand seem to be stuck in a dead end job, trying to scam people and hiding behind a telephone and computer. LMAO "grow up and change your mind frame and be an adult"...back at you.
