I get calls from this number a couple times a month.When I answer there is no one there.

I get this number on my phone once a week, no answer..

Numerous calls no message

I just got the same call

Caller claims to be a collection agency but can't give details on the collection they are calling about.

They are an Attorney/Collection Agency. Someone at extension 214 named Barry left a message on my home phone voice mail stating the message was for my ex roommate's full name, and then spouted everything about the collection account they were filling in civil court against him on behalf of Citi Financial. When I called (from my cell phone) them to tell them that some dumbass called my home phone and left personal information that is possibly illegal to share with other individuals and that the person had moved out on us over 4 months ago, the collection guy named Barry proceeded to laugh at me and try and strong arm me for information regarding his whereabouts and new phone number. When I told him call 411 he got nasty with me and then hung up after I threw it back in his face that I didn't care about the matter anyway since it's not my concern. He then called me on my cell phone several times even though I told him do not contact me and cease and desist. A bunch of leeches if you ask me.

Some dumbass non native American non English speaking woman left a message on my home answering machine I understood all of about 3 words in the whole message. The following day the same thing, a different dumbass, only on my girlfriends cell. How the hell they got her # I'll never know.
When I called the # back it rang and rang. What kind of company doesn't have a $5 answering machine atleast. Adumbass company I suspect.

These people are the meanest ppl ever ! They will harass you day and night . I told them to stop and they wont, they are borderline harassment

Yes, an abusive, illegal operator of a collection agency. Just hang up. Everything they say about civil suits and impending arrests and all that is [***].

Called my phone and left no message.
I called back and got a nasty man telling me I was going to court etc.
I said tell me what time maybe we can ride together? He hung up.
I called back and said we got disconnected. He said I will see you in court
and hung up on me again. Nasty ...nasty nasty.
Collection attorney....all bs...

Do not even talk with these people, bottom feeder collection outfit...do not call back...do not take their calls.....

I keep on getting calls from this number and they will not provide any info, all they say is that i owe them money

Was told they called my mother in Terryville CT.
I haven't lived there in years!

They try to scare you and use unprofessional tactics to get you to give up info
etc. money.
tell them to go to #$#$%#$$ and die.

Just ask them to remove you. They will.

Do not ignore these people. They will sue you faster than you can say FDCPA. They are also are the liaison for out of state third party debt collectors. If you get a summons, get yourself to court or they WILL put a judgment on you.

my husband gets letters from pollack and rosen about a telephone court date. problem is we recieved letter on 10/12 telling us to call on 10/05. also there is no date on the post mark. i think these people are total bottom feeders. no one made them buy toxic debts!!

If any of you have defaulted on a Capital One card and are being sued by these fine people please respond. I have beat them in court once and they are coming back at me again. I have the upmost confidence in the folks I have hired to represent me, I'd like to hear your story.
