This phone number is a scam number used to supposedly be the Customs Dept at Miami Intl Airport.  The officer is Sharon Jacobs, badge # USG 2642.  She is associated with a Publisher's Clearing House scam in New York.  Her name is Jessica O'Brian, tel: 515-740-3431.  Between the two of them , I was told I was awarded $650,000, but it was caught up in customs and I needed to pay 1 %, $6,500.  I contacted the REAL PCH scam department and reported the names and numbers.  I was assured, no prize won my PCH requires any pament from the winner !
