Abusive language

they keep calling our company gps phone and ask for differnt people, there has to be a way to stop the bs, they wont say who they are or what they what!

This person calls me everyday. When I asked who it was, he hung up on me. I called back, cursed him out for calling me and hanging up, and he hung up again. I persistently kept calling until he picked up the phone, muttered something in some type of language that he thought was English, and hung up on me again. He will not say who he is calling for or who he is.

A man, with was sounded to me like a thick latin accent,  called. I stated that he had the wrong number. I then asked who was calling and he stated, this is David and I love you." He repeated this but I then hung up in case is was a crazy trying to trace my whereabouts--well I'm convinced it was a crazy.
