don't know who this company is. They are calling as US Notary Sevice

Stated they have a check for me from Wells Fargo, have to call a Stephen Naveretta and answer a few questions then they will deliver my contract and cashiers check for the sale of my Timeshare. I did not put my timeshare up for sale. I am however behind in my maintenance fees, so Mr. Naveretta states he can get me a settlement for less than I owe, once paid, I can received the cashiers check for the sale. Mr. Navaretta is listed with the Florida bar association, but I still think it is a scam.

I received a call from a Nancy White with United States Notary Services. She indicated that they are in possession of a check for me from Wells Fargo, however, I would have to call a Stephen Naveretta and answer a few questions then they will deliver my contract and cashiers check for the sale of my Timeshare. , I can received the cashiers check for the sale. Mr. Navaretta is listed with the Florida bar association, and I have called the phone number that is listed on the bar association website and left a message for him to return my call. I wonder why they are not listed with the BBB and I surely will follow up prior to moving forward with any transactions. I too think it is a scam. You won't get my tail.

Caller: US Notary Services

Got a call from a Jason Thomas.. supposedly a US Recovery Agent, saying I was owed $12,748 from an annuity settlement after the company switched owners. Said I had to send $8.99 to Jamie Muscillo, a lawyer from West Palm Beach, FL.. tho the phone for her is for photography... and she is NOT listed on the Florida Bar Association.. the number Jason Thomas called from is how I found this "scam" website. They also wanted me to go to Walmart and use a Red and Black form and he said if they ask if you know the person(Jamie Muscillo) pretend that you do.(hello, red flag there!) Supposedly the company "Advantage Title Resources" is the company where this "Jamie Muscillo" works with as a lawyer.. there is NO Advantage Title Resources is West Palm Beach FL.... Nice try.. but ya'll ain't scamming us!

Advantage Title Resources tried to scam me too.  I was dealing with a guy named Joe (Joseph) Nichols.  DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY.  Anyone who asks you to pay in advance for selling your timeshare for closing costs is lying!
