    It's Credit One and now they're hanging up on me because I offered to pay my account in full but they refused because they wouldn't give me the information I needed to do so. Now they're just marking me off as "Called".

    Suggestion - call the real Capital One.  These calls MAY be coming from a scammer who wants your information (or money).  IF the caller  refused to give you information, that is very suspect!!!
