Fax spam with this as the "fax header".  Fax was for a paving company, with the callback number of 707-495-1233.
I'm not certain, but I think the 3072127013 number actually belongs to the Canadian fax-broadcaster CHANNELCAST MEDIA CORPORATION, d/b/a Pipeline Media

Got a fax from this number to my DNC, unlisted fax number from "Simple Sealcoating & Striping" at a false Tampa address and cannot find this business name either. They sent the fax yesterday, there is no opt-out number, just their own number that goes to a VM to try to capture leads...and they're already trying to spam fax me again today!

Received ALL CAPS spam fax from 307-212-7103 (Cheyenne WY Area Code) for Asphalt & Concrete Repairs claiming to be Licensed and Bonded, family and locally owned in Sonoma County CA. Local call now 707-495-1233, which I complained about way back on 11 Aug 2016. Still around, still sending spam faxes: "We treat all clients as WE OURSELFS (sic) would like to be treated." Any legit contractor doing business in California must display their name and CA contractor's license number, neither of which is provided in the spam fax.

I work in a hospital office and when I came in this morning, we had received a fax from this number for "Roofing Services" with a call number of 800-870-0595.  As always, when I receive a spam fax here, I have a pre-printed sheet that reads:  "Remove (my number) from your spam list.  Further faxes will be considered harassment."  I faxed this sheet to the original 307-212-7103 number.  I do this all the time since I started working in this office and have reduced 99% of spam faxes to date since I started doing this.  This one today is the first one I have received in over 4 months.

I responded to the "remove your fax number 866 246 2888.  When you do that you are confirming that your number is working.  So voila rather than stopping the scam faxes, I just received another one.  SO Frustrating

Sent spamming fax for an "auto buyer". Number in ad is a Google Voice number: 754-333-0019

Spam FAX advertising The Wholesale Buyers who buy all types of vehicles.  No way to opt out of fax.  The local telephone number for Jacob referenced on the fax does not work.  What a waste of time and energy.

📠 This number, having BUR OF LAND MGM as the caller name, sent me a junk fax this afternoon. If the caller name isn't forged, it appears the caller spoofed the Bureau of Land Management.

• Callback Number: 586-404-2620.
• Website: ParamountRoofingSolutions (dot) com (Archive Link) - Registered in June 2018.
• There was no unsubscribe number.

This business entity is neither registered as a state corporation/LLC nor as a county-level DBA.

The address they listed on their website is coming up as bunch of doctors.  There is a commercial building there but it does not look as if it would be the type of building for a roofing company.

Good catch. My own search also turned up a medical building and medical facilities for rent starting at $2500/month. This is the main reason why I tend to distrust any business that isn't registered on the county-level (sole proprietor or unorganized partnership) or the state level (Corporation, Partnership or LLC).

This makes me think of that other roofing company where I posted the link about them leaving a job just partially-finished, causing a church to suffer water damage and mold beyond their financial means to repair.

The only other thing I could think of to do is to invite them over for an estimate, and have someone take pictures of their van and license plate as well as the people that show up.  That license plate has to go to a real address, at least one would hope that.  Then you could sue them for $500 per fax.

Caller ID showed Burea of Land Management which of course I didn't answer. I turned my message machine off and after the 4th ring they hung up. I'm retired so it's like they know when I'm home. Anyone of importance has my cell. In the process of disconnecting my land line soon.

Wow, nothing screams SCAMMERS like different names and purposes for the call, does it?

We got a junk fax from 307-212-7103 (in Wyoming) purporting to be W&R Roofing, 3112 NE 133rd St., Seattle, WA 98156. Google showed that to be a residential address; the flyer says: "We are specialized in metal roofs." As noted by other posters above, poor grammar and spelling throughout the flyer ("...where there is no seams ..." and "roof will be air water prof ..."). The callback number is 206-602-0559. BLOCKED the fax number on the fax machine, and I'm blocking ALL callback numbers  posted here on he phones  - thanks for the info.

Got a Fax Scam on 6 August 2018 noting a "W & R Roofing, 3112 NE 113rd St., Seattle, WA 98156 & (206)602-0559" had fax false data.  Called noted (206)602-0559 number but was required to leave a message.  Will note both numbers (307)212-7103 and (206)602-0559 and report to the "Do Not Call" Fed Law report.

Constantly get faxes from roofing companies and asphalt maintenance.  NO company names just a phone number to call.  Funny thing is they come from the same fax number.   I've called the asphalt maintenance number 3x but they keep on faxing wasting my toner

Received unsolicited fax from 307-212-7103 on 9/4/2018. It looks like the business name might be RE-NEW ROOFING (listed in ALL CAPS at the top of the page). No address is listed. The "call for a free estimate" phone number listed is 440-325-4911. No opt-out number was listed.  I tried twice to reply back to the fax number requesting our number to be removed from their list but was unable to send the fax as the line returned BUSY.
