    The caller left a message on my cell phone stating that his name was Carl Trip, an investigator and that I had committed check fraud.

    I received a call on my cell and my job from carl trip stating i had a check fraud charge against me. How do these people get my numbers and have access to my ss#???? this is crazy and i would like to know how i can bring charges or file a claim so they leave me alone??? Any suggestions?

    I recvd  call on my cell phone from Carl Trip with a case # threatening to sue me for over $2K for a payday loan from overseas.  I have ID theft and he stated he was a detective with an email to Civil Consultants.  He stated he already had a claim ready to go to court.  What is going on?  I am in collections as a business and nothing he had to say was ethical and very contradicting. HELP! Who the hell is he?
