Caller ID: WYOMING CALL.

This number called the office this morning. It sounded like the caller's name was Chantelle. When she said she was with MyTaxPrepOffice, I told her that we had said before we weren't interested and to stop calling here.

This is the third number they've used to call here, previously using 307-414-1211 and 706-204-3933. I suspect they may be a company that simply switches numbers when asked to stop calling from one.

Robo call stating SS office. Scam

This 307 phone number is on my credit card with the name "Office". I did not recognize so I typed it in and that is how I got to this website.  I called them though because I renewed my tax software with MyTaxPrep.com.  OFFICE must be a company that handles their billing and renewed subscriptions for the next year.  I wish "MyTaxPrep.Com" would have been the description on my credit card.  I could have saved this last 10 minutes of my life figuring this out.

You'd think they would have explained the description on your statement when you told them why you were calling.
