These people called our 800 number and left a nasty message for an individual we do not know. When I called them back to inform them they had a wrong number and to please remove our business number from their contact list, they were extremely rude. They offered no apology, nor did they indicate to me in any way they had any intention to resolve the issue. What they did do was hang up on me 3 times. By this point I'm not a happy camper. When I called again I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I didn't need to speak to a supervisor and the lady was beyond rude. Later my husband called them and they also hung up on him. This company is beyond rude and still owe me an apology for hanging up on me AND they still need to resolve the issue so they do not call us again.

They called me continuous. When I decided to let them know that they had the wrong number, they hung up on me. The individual on the other line stated she sure I was the person they was looking for and hung up.

I have mobility issues and these company keeps calling for someone not at my number.When I informed him he had the wrong number he began to rudely tell me he knew we were related and not to lie to him.This has gone on for over a month .I do not answer but the calls go on.Does anyone know how to make this stop?

Yes.. if you can get a legal address for them and business name. You have already told him verbally on the phone to stop, but if you can get a address and business name, you can mail them a cease and desist via certified US mail this way he can't say he wasn't told and notified also. You can google that and get a free template online for it.  He's already breaking FDCPA laws by continuing to call and harass you.

They keep calling and are very rude. Then they hang up.

I got a call from a nasty, belligerent woman from this number - she called the main office line and when answered, asked for someone named "Koffee Aroma" - I laughed because it sounded like a joke. The woman began to berate me about the fact that there are foreigners living in this country with foreign names, not just Joe Smith, etc.  I am pretty sure that this is the same person that called last month and tried to tell our receptionist that someone in our company truck was involved in a hit-and-run.

I received a message from 307-223-4405 and they said my credit card was declined and for me to call them back right away. Needless to say I did not nor recommend even answering the phone when they call.

I get a recording saying they can help me find a school with my tax returns....but when I answer there is no one there!! I finally blocked them

receiving call from 1-307-223-4405 and both my p.o.e. and my home # stating i was guilty of check fraud and if i didn't respond to them by 4: 30 pm this afternoon then they would have a warrant issued....really??? when i tried asking them who the supposed check fraud was against or who the company is that i supposedly owe they stated they cannot give me that information,that i will have to wait til the papers are served...i advised the caller that i have never committed a crime and definitely not check fraud that he is wasting his time try to place fraudelent calls to me,that i will under no circumstances give them my personal info...i finally just hang up on him and he called back to my p.o.e. three more times in a roll in which i hung up,the last call he told me that i was worse than a child hanging up and that he would have me served by this evening.....i guess i should really be worried,lol.....and the caller id is showing titan student....who knows why this is showing in that manner...

Called my new cell phone saying they worked for" plain green loans". I asked who they was calling for and lady began rambling on about check fraud. Etc and papers being served at my work. Wanted my checking account info. I told her she was talking to wrong person and she hung up.

Left some stupid message for someone I don't know.  The guy rambles on about this not being a sales call but looking for information on " female voice saying the name"  & then says I need to return the call by this afternoon.  Yeah right.
