This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and still further violate it by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line to pause or stop the recording and answer questions. Since there is never an operator on the line, they also violate the TCPA by failing to provide a physical address when asked. However, they do repeat their phone number, 307-392-0538, several times as the number to call for more information on their pyramid scheme. The recording claims that you have already expressed interest in their pyramid scheme - even if that interest to to ask to be removed. They talk a lot about tiers and teams, and the thousands of dollars a week victims will make. This is clearly a pyramid scheme.
