Calls over and over again and never leaves a message

Called left no message.  Scammer

Woman talked to my answering machine: "Hello,(name), I'm calling on behalf of Academic Advisor. How are you today?....Hello?...." Caller ID was Boise, WY; google couldn't locate any such place. Surprise, surprise!

I want my number off your call list now.

call comes up as "Scam Likely" Wyoming......  LOL

Says hello this is Ashley on a recorded line calling from Academic Advisors. Hung up. Called back twice. Block.

Ashley from "Academic Advising Center" keeps calling our law office.  Claims we "requested their service".  Hmmm.  I wonder if it was the attorney who has been practicing law for 20+ years, or me (I have a PhD and am 62 years old, trying to decide whether to retire or stay here at the law firm a few more years) or the daughter of the attorney who is in her last year at Harvard or the son of the attorney who is in his second year of law school or maybe one of my children who don't even live in the state?  Or maybe - NONE OF THE ABOVE - here's a hint, that's the right answer.  I usually don't even bother to post who these callers are but here's the deal when these people call dozens of times in the same week, people need to be aware that they are scammers looking for fake leads.

These kind of calls need to stop. Scam Calls. The Us Government needs to step in. ASAP
