Called and said they could offer lower interest rates on my credit card.  Requested I give them my sixteen digit card number!  DO NOT OBLIGE.  SCAMMERS!

The card service scammers   WILL   'service' our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish 'servicing' them, they will have NO available credit remaining! People that are fooled into having their cards 'serviced' will be charged a MINIMUM of $795.00, and many times the ENTIRE amount remaining on the card. The card service scammers are a disgusting group of degenerates, who prey mainly on the low income, and the elderly, but will cheat anyone that they can!

Called and hung up.  2nd time didn't bother answering 2nd time.

Got the same call on my landline. I never ever answer the phone if I don't recognize the number. Not only are they phish scammers, some inmates in prisons calls your number and transfer over to the number that they actually want, leaving you with large phone bill. Let your answering machine take care of it, and just delete it, don't answer the phone and leave your phone line exposed.

Called at 7:40AM, and I did not answer. Looking at the comments, I'm glad I didn't. Advise your friends to do the same.

Keep getting calls from this number in the morning. no message left.

Same robins call promising to lower my cc interest rates

i am getting the same thing, i pick up the call and place the phone down and walk away, or i give them invalid info with a fake voice, idiots don't know i work for a telecommunication company and i am getting the records for thier number, will press charges

Answered the call. Received recorded message about lowering my credit card interest rates. The offer expires soon. Press 1 to speak with someone now or 2 to stop receiving these messages. The call dropped when I pressed 2. I blocked the number.

Credit card scammers!  These lousy SOBs just called me on my cell phone.  Not bad enough that they constantly call both home phones, now they are using my minutes on the cell phone.  It is too bad that nothing can be done about them.

I suspect these are scammers like the others said. Call from Wyoming. I answered it and there was a recording. "Hello, this is Heather from account services." Then the line went dead. I suspect they want to you call back and then they'll claim they need your bank account or credit card number to look up your account so they can see what rep called you. Don't fall for it! Seriously, how many accounts do you have based out of Wyoming of all places?

Got a call from this number on my cell but missed the call (about 10 AM on a weekday morning, probably expecting a retired person to answer). Did not leave a voicemail.

Called and left message about lowering credit card rate. Scammer. I am on DNC list. But, it wouldn't be a normal day if someone like this or a solar energy telemarketer weren't calling me...
