CLAIMED to be calling for my son and saying a legal complaint had been filed against him and wanted to know who would be home to accept legal documents.  I gave the chick all deck guns packed with nukes and told her not to call here again and hung up.  It showed up on the ID as Joanne Collins but she gave another name that I couldn't catch when I asked who she was.

Just got a call from Joanne Collins, but didn't take it..   It looked too much like a business phone number. There was no voicemail left.

Called back and the number is a magic jack! Be aware!

Wow got the same exact call. Asked if she worked for government the little witch hung up on me. Called back got a machine.

Just got a call from same number and they asked for a Shaneka Davis, I said I know no one by that name and she hung up in my ear.

We got a call from a Joanne Collins asking if someone would be home to get legal papers for a person who's a friend of ours that doesn't even live with us & then hung up. I called the number back & got a recording saying it's for arbitration & the mail box is full for this person.

I got a call from this number wanting to give some documents at this number ( I hung Up ) never got around to finding any thing out.

Called and hung up.  Reported to donotcall.gov

A lady called my cell phone from this number. She asked me if there was going to be someone home to accept legal papers for my son. I asked who she was and she said that she was called to make sure there would be someone home so that my son could be served papers. I told her that my son wasn't allowed to have a phone and that she was calling my cell phone. Then I told her that to serve my son papers she would have to come to my home and that they were not welcome here. She immediately hung up the phone. Afterwards I did some research and this is a scam this number is a magicjack number.

Called my brother looking for me, saying that he was my next of kin and that someone had filed a legal complaint against me. I researched the number and came to this site, and realized that it is a scam. Called the number back, and it goes straight to voicemail and the box cannot accept messages.

Showed up on caller id They didn't leave a  Message I called the number back got got a answering machine. Said it was an arbitration please. Leave dock number .sum who are these people. What dock number . smells like.open season for

Someone called my sisters cellphone asking for me saying there was a lawsuit against me. She gave them an earfull and notified me. We called the number back and got a machine. Trying to figure how they gave my name on her number. Something really needs to be done with these dang people!

Had a missed call from this number. They did not leave a message. I tried calling this number and got a voicemail stating something about arbitration dept. Mailbox said it was full.

Got the same call as everyone else saying would anyone be home for legal paperwork.

Both of my sisters got calls about a legal complaint against against me and my husband.  The first call to one sister, they said the complaint was against my husband.  The second call to my other sister said the complaint was against me but they said my maiden name, which I haven't used for over 10 years.  Checked credit reports and we don't have any collections.  Called the number and it said the mailbox was full.  No way to get a hold of someone.  Very sketchy since we've been at our current residence for over 6 years and there's no reason they couldn't call or mail us directly.

They (she) called me, asked for someone I don't know. I told her I didn't know that person, but I DID know about her scam. She tried to BS me ...they are a 3rd party provider,...I said, hold while I get your name and all your information.

That got her to hang up. Call ID showed 309-200-0010...name was NLS.

Now off to block that number. Are THESE all the new jobs created by the rich doing their part to spur the economy ?

They should find the owners of these scam companies and cut off their hands

They called me, that legal complaint was filled up against me. It was hardly understand what she was saying. She provided
phone number to call 1-866 630 - 8731 and the number of my file. But I won't call anybody. These people are sick!!!
Rehabilitation and jail that's what they need.
