They say I have an arrest warrant on me for receiving money.

These fools with a very thick Indian/Bangladeshi accent called me and claimed I had 3 "cases" against me for fraud against a bank.  I didn't give them anything but generic info before I caught on but they were very threatening about criminal charges. They mentioned a very specific amount of money of more than 8K and said I needed to get a criminal attorney and call them back or tomorrow I would looking through the bars!  Is this under FBI jurisdiction since it is across state lines?  I will be visiting these worm-worshipping scumbags through the bars very soon!

They call from various numbers and use American names when they clearly have a thick accent. They say there are criminal charges against you and you will be arrested, etc. A woman and man have called. Don't give out information. I wish there was a way to trace these people and have them arrested. They most likely got  your information if you got a pay day loan.

This happened to me yesterday as well. Tried to get me to go to walgreens or walmart and buy some money thing to wire them the money before they sent a warrant out for my arrest. I called them back and told them I thought it was a scam and the guy got mad and started yelling and saying I tried to give you a chance now I'm just going to go ahead and file the papers against you and you will lose your job and go to jail! He said his name was Keith Nelson. K as in cologne he said. Bunch of wackjobs! I went to the police!

Just received a call from them and interupted while he was trying to tell me my charges for fraud etc and said "If I did these then you can give me their information so I can call them" the jerk on the phone said we can do it through email.  I said well if you can't give me phone number then don't effin call me again.

i recieave the same call today ( 309-200-0943 ) and said the same thing. they also cussed me out and getting very loud with me when i cought on to them. they also had my ssn.

got a call pretty much about the same thing saying i had some fraud, and they were gonna file criminal charges saying that i owed them money..i have been getting a call from them for 3 days now...what do I do? is this really a scam, they tried to tell me to go to walmart and send them money to settle outta court...i think not...

They called me 8 times while I was at school talkin about im getting arrested in lesd ab 24 hours nd I told them I was 17 nd he got mad and told me to pack my bag im going to jail im like wtf I am 17 years old and he hung up in my face

Same as everyone else. I mean what real  attorny would only accept a green dot money pack as payment. They are total jokes and speak horrible english.

So did anyone go to jail yet? Lol these people are soo dumb.

I was threatened by them telling me I was gonna b arrested at work and theyr calling my work and my family members. I don't know who to talk to about this but I wanna press charges against them for their threats.

I went to the police and they told me it is all a scam and they're just trying to scare people into sending them money.

Have they gaven u a case number and tell you that ur going to be arrested?

My cousin has been receiving these calls on his cell phone and once at work. He has asked them repeatedly not to call. I answered for him today. They asked for my cousin in their heavy accent saying their name was Justin. I nicely told them he wouldn't be answering any more of their calls and to please remove him from whatever list he was on. "Justin" preceded to scream at me that my cousin would be under the jail. I asked was he nuts, and he needed to watch his tone with me. He told me I could stick it up my a**! I lost my mind at that point and told him he didn't know who he was messing with. I then told him about his sticking foreign self and that he was just mad we killed Osama and quite a few other things in very nasty terms and ended with telling him to go ahead and shove that right up his a**! He was stuttering so bad that he finally hung up. I may not be able to stop the calls, but at least that gave me a little satisfaction. FYI: my cousin screwed up and filed out some "loan apps" online giving personal info, that's how these fools got his numbers. I told him he was an idiot. You NEVER give your perosnal info on the computer unless you are 100% sure it is a reputable site. Maybe if we all start be as vulgar and rude as possible they will give up. There's always hoping, right?

They clled me yesterday and told me I would be arrested for bank fraud.

they called and left me a message and I called back and they read me an affidavit and claimed I would be in jail within 24hrs if i didnt give them money his name was conor william and he also had a stupid indian or [***] accent,when i challenged him he told me to f*** off and get lost so i called back and was told that if he wanted to talk to me he will call me back and they wished me luck.
They are using the name Erickson and Marcos Legal Associates.

These people need to be shut down, WHY is not the Federal Communication Comission or the federal agencies not shutting them down, arresting them?   This is ridiculous.

These people are scammers, they got info off the computer and are now scamming me for money, harassing, insulting me and trying to scare me.

I just received a call from this number and I'm threathened with a warrant and notification to my job. How do we stop this fraud situation??? I don't have outstanding loans so this has to be a joke. I have used online apps for loans but i never experienced no [***] like this and I will not accept this type of scamming...they claim ot was through a website called American payday cash.
