Got call from 3092008823  they left no message. Immediately tried to return call and got recording that it was a no longer connected number.

My mother Received call from 309-200-8823 who stated they was from Ameren. They asked to speak to person in charge of Ameren bill. When they were told my husband  was in charge of her bill they hung up before she could give them our number.

309-200-8823 - Caller ID Bloomington, Ill - wants to talk to person handling Ameren account to see if changes were made to bill for a discount - scam call - told them before not to call but they keep it up.

Caller I.D. was Bloomington, IL - Got a call wanting to talk to person handling Ameren account to see if the discount had went on our account. This is a SCAM - told them before not to call back.  

Got a call 4 times already today from this #.  They never left a message.  The ID just said Illinois.

I am also receiving multiple calls from 309-200-8823 every day. If I answer, they hang up. If I do not answer, no message left. If I try to call the number back, I get a recorded message that the number is not in service.

Same as many other people above: "Received call from 309-200-8823. They asked to speak to person in charge of Ameren bill. When I said I was in charge of the bill they hung up."

Called and asked to speak of the person in charge of the Ameren bill. Almost convinced my mother to give away account information. Thank goodness I was there - this had SCAM written all over it!
