Scam So called Civil litigation Department, About a payday loan debt.  Callers name Ben Williams, left voicemail threatening arrest for check fraud.  Called talked to an Andy Wilson, told me the local cops were coming to arrest me.  After harassing them for a company name Andy Wilson blurted out Niagara Capital Recover and when I asked them for their address he plainly said they have offices in every state which is not true.  Total scam i reported them to the BBB,FTC, and new york state.

Got a call from John Marks same to have id present... Was going to be summoned ect ..

Same here. Wants me to have Photo ID. Says I have to appear in court . I do not know who this person is but definitely needs to be reported as malicious scam.

Called and said something about a litigation.

Got this call saying my ss number was suspected of fraud and legal action was about to be filed.  Told to call 309-323-9383. I'm on the no call list and blocked this number

Scam- Legal litigation as stated in the other comments. Call came through to our corporate phone number.

The message I received said they were from the SSA and there is fraudulent activity on my SSN. But they didn't use my name or any other way to identify who they were calling. Followed by a threat of arrest if I do not call them back.

I keep getting calls from this number saying they are the social security administration and that my social # is suspect for fraudulent activity. Whenever I call the number back I can hear about 20 people in the background like it’s some India Wolf of Wall Street exam

Same. I've gotten numerous calls from this number, and the messages claim to be two different types of calls. Sometimes the messages claim to be from the Social Security Administration and says that my SS# is being suspected of fraudulent use and will be revoked and will be seeking legal action against me. The other messages claim to be from a litigator who will be seeking legal action against me for some kind of loan, and in both types of  messages it says I have to call this number to clear up this matter to prevent legal action to be taken against me. My caller ID says this number is from Illinois.

This number 309-323-9383 calls repeatedly and leaves a VM threatening me with legal action if I don’t call back but they don’t say why. And a similar number called last month saying they were SSA and there was fraudulent activity on my SS# to call them back.
AT&T shows them as possible fraud alert when it rings so WHY CANT THEY JUST BLOCK IT OR SHUT DOWN THAT NUMBER? I KNOW THEY HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY TO DO IT WTF!!

And if you call them back it’s always a Hindu Indian and it sounds like a call center of 20-30 of them in the background trying to scam people. Me personally I like to F**k with them and piss them off but I wish the hacker guys would launch the reverse Robo call program on them to flood their call center, in the meantime I’ll keep telling the dumb [***] I eat cows I don’t pray to them.

Just had 3 voicemails from them. Obviously a scam and a coice recording. About my social security and being suspected of fraud. I'm tired of getting the bs calls.
