Did not answer. Recoeding identified caller as IRS. I doubt it.

This is a scam stating that the IRS is bringing a lawsuit against you. The message states you need to call the number immediately. The IRS does not call individuals with messages like this. If a person is really concerned, they should call the IRS directly, not the number given on this SCAM call. A person can learn more about this scam, and others like it, on the Federal Trade Commission's web site: www.ftc.gov.

I got a similar call last year from a different # and now receiving calls from this #. Message says officer from the IRS and they have filed a law suit against me. Number left to call them back is 310-905-3393. This is defiantly a scammer. I am so tired of these idiots!!!!
