10/18 I've noticed that too.  You and I and Vashti seem to get the same calls.  Have you had work done on a home in the last several years?  It seems that the number of calls has multiplied the more work I've had done.

(310) 215-9808 has called numerous times and then hang up. no one talks

310-215-9808 is a Telemarketer using a predictive auto dialer, and hangs up a few seconds after answer. Dead air.

Got a live person the last call from 310-215-9808. Caller ID said "Out of Area" and telemarketer Angel said she was calling from Home Design Center about construction projects at my home. She quickly hung up when I asked questions to identify company location and CSLB #. Scammer!

We have a job in Colombia and do use magic jack out there so somehow all of this makes weird sense.

called 310 215 9808 back because that is the # shown on CID.  The automated reply says the number has been disconnected and there i no further information on the number. The message does not loop.  In my opinion they rigged some bogus announcement.    

A female voice answer the phone asking for me, my wife pick up the phone, and then after asking my name she hang up the phone.  My wife was very suspicious and gave me the look; she called back and the phone was disconnected. I told her, I don't know who she was, before she started thinking something else. Are they some kind of sale using this phone line?

They called my cell on Nov. 1, 2013 at 9:30am, asked for me by name and claimed to be from SCE trying to sell solar panels and they even had my address, when I'm not even an SCE customer.

Spammer on an 818 too.. calls and says number is not in service.  Stopped it by using Digitone, can not spoof and they get a ring on their end and hung up.  Another nice feature, I have it set from 20:00 to 06:00 only the VIP list I want can come through, rest dropped like bad clap.  My getting even, have 1/2 dozen of calling cards from .99 market.. give about 50 friends access codes and everyone calls these [***] which all numbers tag, make sure you do from a payphone or business anyplace and let them know you are using a calling card, NOT your home since it will pass through... When they get their harvest list.. all are BS...  

Screw with an IT and Telco guy.. reap the whirlwind.  If they were not so far, would travel up to where the number resolves to and serve a can of ASSWOOP!  Get a card from .99 market and do it.. flood their crap.  

In the meantime.. get a Digitone.. best $$$ you will spend...  ;)

@Sherriem....I haven't had any work done on my home and I see you on many of the phone #'s I keep getting calls from.  I think I pissed off a construction telemarketer and he/she handed my phone # out to 500 irritating companies.  My call block is full of these people.  We quit answering our home phone.  Important calls know to reach us otherwise.

THIS IS THE HOME DESIGN CENTER.  I have told them NO more times than I can count, I have yelled at them, I have cussed them out, I have reported them, I have told them I blew up my house....I let my kids scream into their ears, I have blown a whistle into the phone....they NEVER go away.  DO NOT CALL LIST...do your damn job.  Freaking government people have no organizational or management skills.  YOU ALL SUCK.  No one takes responsibility and everyone pawns their job onto someone else.  I'd fire everyone in government and place these stupid employees of the Home Design Center in front of firing squad.  

Received a call from this number a minute ago. Caller ID showing Inglewood, CA. No message left yet.

This is a well known data harvester.  They robo call phone numbers to verify which ones work and sell the information to telemarketers.

I use Phone Tray and it allows me to create any outgoing message I want.  This message sounds home recorded so that people will not think it is them.

I got a call from this # a little while ago, I answered it in a deep voice she asked for me and said they were some homeowners company and  they were going to be in the area (yeah right) and wanted to come out to inspect the foundation, roof etc of the house when could they come out it is complementary. I said no she said when did you have it checked last, I said have a nice day and hung up..

STILL GOT ROOM FOR 1200+ MORE NUMBERS, after that I will start removing the oldest ones.

I am going to start looking for a phone number for NSA (National Security Agency) and will put it's number on my answering machine as my new number. Found it, their phone number is  (301) 688-6524 -- from their official web site as per Google, and they invite contacts as needed.  

This should keep the NSA busy, instead of listing to phone calls from all over the world. If the NSA is monitoring my E-mails, then I want them to know, I am not a terrorist, but THAT I am being terrorized daily. If I have inconvenienced the NSA, I apologize, but I have asked my Congress Person to mandate (as part of NSA's annual funding) that the NSA be responsible for putting a stop to this telemarketing (because the federal governments "DO NOT CALL" list does not work)  phone scamming "B**L  --  S**T; six months ago and I still don't have an answer. Wish me luck.
