Voice Mail was left on business phone and the caller had such a thick accent that we were unable to even understand his message.  The only part of the message that was clear was him leaving the telephone number (310-359-1211).  Looked it up on Google and others have reported the same number.

same as everyone else they stole my info from a payday loan online app. they sound Indian for your safety report these fools and call them back and harass them...

I rec'd a call today stating I am being sued.  They would not give me any info until I gave them my soc. security number, address, etc.  I did not give any info out and the guy hung up on me.  He stated his name was Ricky Johnson from Russell-Miller Law Firm.  He wanted to know if I had an legal representative.

"Officer James Smith" called today, thick accent, couldn't even understand what the business name was.  We get calls like this asking for one of our associates (usually they don't even work here anymore).  I started keeping them on the phone for a long time, asking a lot of questions, making him spell and repeat stuff till I can get the correct spelling. I ask what kind of officer - the last guy said "Officer of the Court of California". Then I just tell him I'll try and get a msg to that person and hang up.
What a scam.

I just received a call from these people today on my cell and at work.  Originally this person left a voicemail that I couldn't understand.  (At least learn how to speak f 'in English if you're going to scam someone).  He said the same crap to me like I'm being sent to court over 3 "serious charges".  One of them being non repayment of a payday loan.  I have never taken out a payday loan in my life!!  I called the number back and asked a ton of different questions to see if this was legit like what's the name of your law firm, what's my case number, what dates did this occur, what company is suing me, etc.  He answered nothing but to tell me that cashadvance.com was the company and continued to tell me that I would "receive all information on Monday".  Whatever!  I called the FBI, my local law enforcement, Social Security, and I had to place a fraud allert on my credit because of this!  How ridiculous can people get?

I just recieved this sme phone call...The person I was speeking with stated that i owed them some where around 400 for a pay day loan from cash advance i let him go on with speeking so that i could get more information from him...he is out of the malibu area of california which is information i got from verizon these people are calling froma  land line phone.....they are threating to come to my work to take me to jail or i could pay them money...i contacted a us marshall and told him about the scam i also told the guy that called me from the 310-359-1211 number that i would be contacting the us marshall and he then started cursing at me as well and hung up.....DO NOT WHATSOEVER PAY THESE PEOPLE ANY KIND OF MONEY IT IS DEFFANTLY A SCAM......THEY ARE HACKING INTO COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND GETTING YOUR INFORMATION SO THEY CAN TAKE UR MONEY AND NOT HAVE TO WORK THEMSELVES( STUPID FORGENIERS...THIS IS WHAT GIVES THEM A BAD REP)

I have something to say as well.  I was called in the morning and told that the company calling me is the Customer Affairs and Business Regulations letting me know that I was being charged with 3 federal offense counts.  One is check fraud and the second is theft with deception.  I can't recollect the third however I know it is bogus.  Now let me just say how upset I was to find that a company is calling me on behalf of Cash Advance (an umbrella company) the one that doesn't do the lending they are just a resource.  The actual company that would have done the so called lending is not the company they are using.  So right there it should have rang some sirens but it didn't.  I was told they are going to subpoena me at my job and file charges against me for not paying back a so-called payday loan ( i never received and never signed a contract for).   I contacted my bank and told them what was going on and they have put an alert on my acct.  I then called these SOBs back and asked them where to send my payment to and they informed me that my payment options had been closed.  lol.  I told them oh is that so well then I guess you better contact the FTC, FBI, LV Police Department and my Bank.  He then told me to suck his you know what and called me a female dog.  Needless to say I thought the phone call went over well don't you.  Let me just say when you open up the door to Pandoras box (Pandora being me a woman with extreme hormones due to my just having a baby)  and doesn't take any ish especially from THOSE people (and I hope you know what I mean by those) then you are most definitely going to get burned.  They want to harass me?????? Well let me just say they don't know harassment until they have messed with this momma.

yeah they called my work his name is Ronnie Williams they all have middle eastern accents these peopel r really messed up i called him back and said i never opened a acct with the person he told me then he hung up so now i just call them back and blow up there phone screw them damn [***] or [***]  ride your camels back to where ever you came from

Receing calls at work and on cell phone-man says his name is James Falk and he is attorney - I asked what state he is licensed in and he starts harrassing me, says I owe him money.  Someone should start asking what company everyone who gets a call from this number from took a payday loan from - if it is the same Company we should be contacting them for giving out our personal information.
