Frank Jefferson stated that this is a urgent call, new first and last name on cell phone, matter of urgency and wished well if did not get ahold of attourney.

Received over a dozen calls on 4/4/09 from several different foreign sounding individuals saying on voice mail "This message is intended for (Full name). (First mame), the second you receive this message you or your retained attorney must contact us on a time sensitive matter. Please call (number). If we do not hear from you we wish you good luck."

The company purportedly is called ACS. Telephone reverse number searches point to a Paul Walker in either Beverly Hills or Los Angeles. There are a number of debt companies with the name ACS so it is difficult to determine the legitimacy of the company, however their service skills are an indication they do not know the laws.

When calling back the representative refuses to provide the address of the company for the purposes of sending correspondence or notice of intent of service, rights granted under the federal and state acts.

There is little to no information online about an ACS in that location or by phone number search. If anyone receives or has information please share.

It is my intent to file the necessary complaints with the state of California and the FTC.

Also, callers must identify themselves as being from a debt collector, must indicate this is attempt to collect a debt pursuant to the federal and state collection laws.

Received a call from this number stating to contact an attorney.  When I called back they knew information about me and told me they were going to charge me with fraud for a loan I had paid back in 2007.  THe stated they were going to "download" the lawsuit and execute it today.  I am going to call the Attorney General's office today because I think this is a scam.

Rec'd call from this number, first call came from Kevin Henderson with a very strong foreign accent.  Told me to purchase a Walmart gift card to make a payment of $986.00 or they would take me to court.  They have been repeatedly calling my place of employment, my cell phone, and have made threatning remarks.  I am filing complaint with Attorney General's office .

This seems bogus.  I am an attorney a family member called me and said she had been called by Kevin Peterson at 310-362-3167 and told that he was collecting a debt.  I called the number and kept getting bounced back and forth between a James Watson and a Kevin Peterson.  These guys both had very thick Asian accents.  I asked them about the status of their claim and they said that a lawsuit had been downloaded and that my client was due in court the day after tomorrow.  But when I asked for the address of the court he said it didn't have an address?!?

He then asked me to send a letter confirming that I'm an attorney and I got this address out of them:

Very strange they would have an Orange County address with a (310) phone number.  All looks very bogus to me.

Got a call from Arnold with thick Indian accent saying I took a loan from USFast Cash and I did not pay so USFast Cash has filed a law suit against my social **They are the legal company who can help me settle this out of court. They called my work place harring me that if I don't respond they let my employers know and I will fired from my job***Yesterday 04/21/09 they called me till 9pm my time treating me and this morning I called them and ask them to send the document to me he said it legal documents they can't send it to but they were able to send me an email. It a form for me to sign and give them bank information....The guy I spoke to this was so rude insulting me and very rude ***So I ask him to give the company I owe phone number and he gave this 310-362-3167**He told me that USFast Cash number I went online and googled this number and I found this***I also went online and found the phone for USFastCash and sent them email and they replied and told them it a fraud so I forwarded the email from USFast Cash to ACS company email I got an auto reply saying this email does not accept spam

I live at an address similar to this one and have been getting letters
from the BBB about complaints on this so-called company.  It is
absolutely BOGUS!

Hi I know your attorney,  I have made a formal police report on sat 05/26/2012, and also to the FBI, It seems this guy has been doing this awhile, I have also received a different first name same last name from this same character... He advsd me he was an attorney for the Federal Law Dept .. Of San Francisco... from #323-331-9189.. It seems he has a whole operation going with a call center.... I almost got dupped by him, until my boyfriend asked me to google him on Sat... but after I found out these blogs... and clld my banking instution and crdt burea, it seems that everything is fine, cause I didn't provide him any info... DO you have any other suggestions of what else I can do?
