called ask my surname hung up

I continue to get these calls and finally answered.  They asked me my name and then hung-up.

Picked up the phone a man asked if I was such and such, said yes and hang up.  Obviously Knew my name...

Multiple calls in last two weeks. Left no message on machine. When answered, dead air. WHATZUP!

I receive at least 3 times a week a call from this number.  No voicemail left, called back and message was that I called a Satellite Network.  What the hell is this?

Have received multiple calls from this number; have never answered and they never leave a message.

Answered call they were silent

They called and asked for us by our last name - I'm only 15 I said, "Well I'm 15 I'm assuming your looking for one of the adults." Feminine sounding male says, "Yes, I'm looking for you, Steve, correct?" And I said, "No. Can I take a message?" He says, "No." and hangs up

(Steve is my uncle...!)

This call was at 8:19 PM.

Caller ID search shows they are from Santa Monica, CA.

They called, I answered right away, and I believe I heard a girls voice say "hello?". I kept on saying "hello" a few more times but to no avail. I hung up. Need to know who that girl was.
