Well they made a fatal mistake. They called and left a threatening message. Problem is, they called an operations number at an airport location for a major airlines and said something bad was going to me. Just got off the phone with the FBI

Apparantly, this guy's gotten smarter and is now providing a California Bar number to those he's trying to scam.  I am an attorney here in California, and he used my number.  Fortunately, the person who he was trying to scam looked up the number and saw it was mine, not his.  She called me to let me know.  Please do the same if you are given a bar number.  You can go to the State Bar website and look it up by name or number.

I just received the 5th call in two days from the first restricted and then a 102-855-1013 phone number telling me to call the 310-363-9346 and that if I do not return the call they will not be able to stop what is going to happen to me.  They are also telling me to have an attorney of record and the I will be due in court with an affidavit.  They speak in a very heavy indian accent, claim they are reading to you what the "case" is but I swear they hold down a button so you cannot hear and they claim it is being recorded for court records.  they also tell me good luck and may God help me for what is going to happen to me next!!  Who are these people?? I have contacted that Attorney General's office of CA.  not sure what else to do?? any suggestions??

They are up to their 6th phone number and also coming from a different area cause 818-297-1231

Also using the phone number 415-200-0272 and going by the names of Mark Wilson, Steven Johnson, and Danny Lewis.

My husband was approached the same way this guy was? He had some nerve to threaten my husband and i with the same malarchy he played us all? I hope its real soon whe they catch this guy because he is messing with other people feelings, emotions? I cant wait until he is caught because my husband got that phone call on July12th. He was terrified of the phone call he almost put himself in front of a train. I think people like that shouldnt be in this world? I hope justice will be achieved! Please respond if you are a victim? Julian Marshall has a new number.  It is 562-314-4852!  He just called my place of work and threatened that I would be arrested by 9 PM tomorrow and detained for 3 days.  I told him that I would call my lawyer and he said that I didn't have a right to an attorney.  What do I do???

i have also received calls from julian marshall.. he has my cking account no. and in the last week tried to take $1066.57 from my account.  i have since put a stop payment on any amount coming thru from julian marshall or credit american llc!  i have also had my account number chg by my bank.  i am scared of what he will try next.  someone please do something about this monster.

This same guy called and did this to my wife and scared the hell out of her, threatening with jail and all sorts of things. If someone can call me to assist me on how to deal with this guy i would surely appreciate it.

Just received a call from Julian Marshall from this number 3233759737 threatening me with the same stuff. Why is he answering his own telephone???

I recv a email from Julian Marshall his new number is 323-3759737  with the same threats and he has my ss# we need to stop this guy.  his email is fedlawenforcement@usa
