I signed up for some info on trading stocks. after entering my info I start receiving call form Advantage Gold LLC
310-388-6327 is one of their number.

I just got the call. I did not sign up for information.

I got a call last night.... never signed up for ANY stock related stuff. Sounded interesting and said he would send me info to my email.... never received anything....(??)
SCAM...?? Maybe

I have never called this company.  I have bought gold from MOnex and from Euro Pacific.  Apparently one of them, or someone who works or worked for them, sold my name.  I receive wayyyyy toooo many solicitations for buying precious metals.

Got unsolicited call. They left message saying "we are looking for "so-and-so"  not sure if this is his number but call us back about opportunity..." Couldn't really tell if they were just trying to scam me or had the wrong number. Let's see if this happens to anyone else.

What good is the "do not call list"?

aggressive sales pitch to vulnerable elderly who are also on the do not call registry which most telemarketers seem to ignore these days. shame on them!!

This is the number for a gold company. This is their main number. Not sure why folks here are confused or seem upset. Just tell them you aren't interested if you didn't contact them.

I am upset because I am on the Do Not Call list so I should not be getting these types of calls

Victor- I work at Advantage Gold and we do NOT make unsolicited calls. Often times folks will request information online or click on an ad and then forget about it so they are taken aback by the call so I understand where you are coming from but we don't call random numbers without them having requested some kind of information in the past. We advertise all over the place so we don't have any reason to call people that don't reach out to us with an interest first. If you ever get a call from us that is not wanted simply ask to be put on our Do Not Call list and you will never get a call from us again! Sorry for any confusion!

I'm curious - why did you look up this phone number? You know who it belongs to.  Trying to do a little damage control, perhaps?

As far as other posts on here in regards to stocks, my dad owns several, so it could be his name was sold around.  I know he's talked to Gold Advantage before.

So got a message with my full name and email say i had requested info on an IRA or  Precious metals investments  About transferring my 401K. I would never transfer my 401K my account has been hacked and to before . So of course i called to find out who or where the request came from. Sounded ligament. So sad these low vibration souls prey on the weak and defenseless.  My 401k isnt much but all i have to show for my entire work life from 15 to 45. I had to medically retire do to severe disability. Husband took everything else so its there incase of emergencies. My husband warned me again they were on a fishing  Expedition to try to get information hes in  IT. So ill pray for them. That they find a way back to humanity. Until then be careful.  Thx

requested information on "Winter Coming" heard on radio, but didn't know it was a gold program until I got the link in reply, and didn't sign up for calls...keep getting calls from this number
