They call my house talking about they were sueing me for something that I had nothing to do with . I have tried to block them from calling my house but everytime I block the number they call from they call from another number .

Called me stating I owed them money which I never borrowed. Called them back stating I contacted the FTC and reported them for extortion, fraud, and identity theft. Told them I was having them recorded to give their statements to the FBI. They told me they would not call my number again and hung up in me. I immediately called them back and told them they were in serious legal trouble and once again they hung up. Im going to cancel my checking account immediately.
Nothing was taken from me but the fact that they knew my SSN and account number is scary.

I am getting harrassing calls from this number saying that I am being sued for fraud for count 1, count 2 and count 3.  I do not know what it is for, I have done nothing wrong

They are calling me and saying the last 4 of my social and that they are sueing me for check fraud,and theft.
