I did not answer a call from an unknown number. Caller ID was blank. They left a message stating:
"This is Maher Probate Reality. We are here to help with your probate situation. Please call 310 464-1453 for a free consultation. Ask for Orin."
They appear to be a legitimate law firm but have no business calling a phone number on the National Do Not Call List. Blocked.

since none of the "team" is a lawyer.  I know this because they would have esq. behind their name or the word "attorney" in front.  Also you should be reporting them to your State Attorney General and to the Real Estate licensing Agency in your state as well.

Received 50 second robocall voicemail from "restricted".  Transcript, "Hi this is Oron Maher from Maher Commercial Realty calling you regarding our sale of 4023 Lincoln Avenue in Culver City.  This is a four unit property and we represented the buyer ah, the property was delivered with three out of the four units vacant and all the units are two bedroom one bath.  Ah, its walking distance to downtown Culver City and all the restaurants.  Actually the buyer got a really good deal on this property at just under $500 a square foot and high pro forma income given three vacancies if you’d like to hear more about this sale of if you have a property, apartment building or commercial property you’re thinking of selling please give us a call (310) 464-1453, again (310) 464-1453.  Thank you so much."
