I recvd a call today. And I called them back and the phone rang and rang. Then a message in Spanish. I am busy at the moment and if you can please leave a message and ph# I will call you back. Then the operator comes on saying voicemail box is full good bye.

i keep getting the same calls but they are from 2 different #'s but it is the same man just using a different name saying if i don't pay them money i will go to jail they are saying they are with the federal agency i called the fcc and reported them maybe u should do the same

receiced a call from this number they said i had a law suit against me and had my name but wrong ss# and dob. they did however have my workplace and threatend to come out ot my job to "investigate"

They called my sister saying she owed money for a loan that she never got and that they were gonna arrest her if she didn't pay. So I called the FBI TBI and the Fair Trade Commission. They said it's a scam.
They said these guys are out of the country and not much they could do about it. So I called the number and they said they wouldn't call again. We will see.

They called cursing at my co-worker and harassing whoever answers. My co-worker actually was able to retrieve where they are calling, it's from a state in India called punjab and city is called Ludhiana.

they called my grandmother's house leaving several messages saying i owed 400.00 to pay and go loans presented themselves as an officer saying they were going to sue me and take me to jail these people had my ss# but wrong bank and wrong place of employment

These people call constantly.  They claim they are trying to collect a debt for pay and go loans.  In their initial conversation, they claim they are just trying to keep you from going to jail.  Regardless of your request, they do not want to release any written communication.  However, they constantly call any number they can get a hold of, repeatedly.  When cautioned that they are harassing, they simply say they won't do it again.  After a few days, it starts back up again.  Ugggghhhh!!  So irritating!

called 3 times today said they are sending their investigators tomorrow

This company keeps calling my home and threatening to arrest me, suspend my driver's license, and threaten my SSN if I don't pay a "loan" that I never applied for, nor did I ever receive.  When I called the above phone #, the genteman I spoke with could not find my name, nor could he verify any of my information.  The gentleman threatened me nonstop, and when I told him to stop calling and to leave me alone, he hung up.  THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED AND SHUT DOWN.

I got several calls at my work from different men at this number.  One said his name was John, one was William Black.  They called back from several different numbers.  One number came up as US SOC SEC ADM.  They claimed I owed Advance Cash USA for non-payment of a loan and they were going to send an "investigation team" to my work.  My supervisor spoke with them and told them not to call me at work.  They kept calling and calling.  The calling stopped when my supervisor stopped answering her phone.
    I do not owe anything to these people.

Im getting the same calls. and I also reported them. It was very nerve racking considering somehow he knew my social security number, address, DOB, etc. Sucks. woke up this morning to find my identity had been stolen by these Indians. report it man.

The same thing happened to me. They kept harassing me. I had to block them from calling my phone.

they just called us and knew place of work social and dob wtf we never got no loans what can we do to stop this or who do we call to see if our identiy was stolen???? plz help

Report it to the FTC and don't worry about it. You can block that number on your phone. I got the same calls. Said his name was Mr. Brown. I just kept messing with the idiot. He kept hanging up on me and I continued to call him back with a few more choice words. He finally said, "May a donkey s**t in your mouth!" I haven't heard from him since!! At least he didn't say his name was Betty...

This number called me today saying I owe a $300 loan which I don't. He said I am facing 3 charges of check fraud that if I pay today it will be settled. He told me he would put the lawsuit in today that in 48 hrs my license would get suspended. He then said he would contact my supervisor and get me fired. He then called my job asking for the supervisor and asked her for the address to my job because he would make an appearance. We need to do something to stop this. These people are absolutely sick.
