I returned the call, and an automated voice replied "goodbye," and the call was disconnected.

Caller ID says "unknown name".  Left no message.

caller ID "unknown". When they don't get an answer, they call again within seconds.  Blocked, but also gave the # to FCC and FTC.  Will see what happens, if anything!

Caller repeatly calls back if no answer and keeps harrassing my family, but NEVER leaves a message! Reported to FCC!!

Blocked on 04.13.18 at 10:50 AM. Whitepages.com already reports the # as a "Scam or Fraud" from a non-working #.

No message left.  # now blocked.  Thanks to all who post here!  Saves me a lot of grief.

Called noted as from Malibu on 4-18-2108 at 10:18 AM.  Message on recorder indicated that the telemarketer was trying to use "social engineering" to make me answer.  I have checked the web and the phone indicates a number in Marina del Rey.   I tell all my friends to get a phone ID system.

Called my home phone and said our last name on our answering machine.  Creepy. Blocked.

No message left.  Scammer.

Hung up after answering machine message finished.

Second call from this number.  Caller was a bit of an idiot - was speaking with someone else in his office and did not know he had connected with someone.  What a dope

Called at 9:52am.  We never answer unknown calls - ever.  No message was left and CID read Yee Len K.
I quickly blocked after reading that these criminals call more than one time.

4/18/18 10:27 PDT  Was out when called.  Useless ID and no message.  Will block based on previous notes and white pages showing scam or fraud.

4/19/18  11:20 PDT Tried yesterday with ID of phone number.  Tried again today with ID of Malibu  CA.  Only rang once since blocked last time.

Thanks for the 'heads up'.  I am a retired senior accountant and senior systems analyst, and I TRACK ALL these calls and report them to the FTC's DO NOT CALL complaint website at https://complaints.donotcall.gov and 'hope' they act sooner or later.  I BLOCK them after the 3rd or 4th time, unblocking old numbers that have NOT called in 9-12 months.  Oh, NEVER say YES to acknowledge these idiots or they will mess with your credit using your voice.
